About: I enjoy pet sitting and have tried to do it consistently as I can for the past 5 years. I am responsible and experienced. I have experience with domestic pets and turtles. I have a lot of experience with households with multiple dogs or a combination of pets such as cats and turtles or dogs and rabbits. About: I have a one five year old dog now and have had so much fun training him over the past few years. I also owned a standard poodle for many years and am familiar with walking, feeding and training routines. I’ve also spent time caring for others dogs and know how those routines and needs change for each dog. Each dogs energy level and needs are different so I usually let the dog set the pace! I am working from home and may be available last minute, but it is largely dependent on the day. I’m active and enjoy being outside so dog walking is usually one of the best parts of my day! I am always trying to stay in tune with how a dog is feeling. Maybe they need a slower pace, faster pace or if they get chilly, it’s so important!
“Alan was requested last min. and was still able to accommodate my crazy last min planning. My Nola, is a medium size 8month old pitty. She's stuborn, yet sweet as can be, she feels intittled to belly rubs especially from new faces. Nola, tends to get annoyingly over excited with all new faces. She still has a leash pulling and jumping matter we are adressing in her dog academy training, non of those annoyances seemed to phase Alan one bit. He even came the same day I requested his services to meet Nola (all very last min.). I appreciate his flexibility, time managment, and most importantly communication curiosity (quick response time). I'm a single mother of an autistic little ball of 10yr old hyper sunshine 🌞 ... aswell as a full time Private Care for elderly and sick. Both work and personal life are very demanding. My son has been coming to work with me all last and this summer break. Alan made our summer end better with his services! We have older dogs, and I had left a note about certain issues she might observe with one of the dogs. During visits, she attended to my dog with great care and monitored him closely to make sure he was fine before leaving from visits. She provides exceptional care, and we highly recommend her.
