She stayed in close contact with me in the lead up to their stay to ensure she had all instructions and that she had all the appropriate information she needed from me. While I was gone, she sent photos and videos every day, as well as updates about how they were doing and if she saw anything potentially abnormal. She has a great set up at her house with plenty of trails for walks during the day. Leslie is a true professional and I highly recommend her!”

We cannot thank Praneet and Venkata enough for the wonderful care they gave our dog Stella during her first boarding experience. Stella can get anxious in new environments, so leaving her for the first time was not easy for us. But they made her feel comfortable, happy, and loved so quickly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have a pet sitter with this level of training and compassion. Our dog is a real sweetheart, but he has separation anxiety so he needs an extra special touch. I can’t even begin to explain how much time and attention and genuine love he was given, and we feel so lucky to have found him another home away from home.
This was my first time leaving my dog with someone other than a family member. I was very nervous but didn't need to be! Gilbert and Robin took great care of my collie. They sent updates with photos and even coaxed her to eat her breakfast by adding an egg to her kibble. Anyone who lets my dog sleep on their couch gets an automatic high rating from me! I will definitely use their loving home again if I need to.
