“This is an absolutely fantastic choice for a dog-sitter, in my mind. Leslie was loving, caring and she treated Frances, my terrier-dachshund with the closest and kindest attention—plenty of walks, balanced diet, happy human company to sleep with when she desired, and various places to rest—so Leslie passed those all those important measures.She also sent me photographs with comments fairly often, which delighted me and made me know that Frances was safe and happy! But then, of Great value was the fact that she always could find positive human companionship—her cousin came, and let Frances and another dog, sleep on his knee, looking utterly content, her roommate really liked Frances and showed it, and Leslie did too. AND there was always her dog, and then occasionally a neighbor’s dog or another client’s dog visiting for a number of hours. That was Heaven for Frances, and just what I was hoping for. A place where Frances could be, as Leslie put it, a member of a pack. NOT a large, in any way overwhelming pack, but a small pack, consisting of one or two or conceivably three other dogs, which she could be with. THAT and the essential human warmth which was very much present—was all I could dream of—and Leslie provided it. Thank you so, so much. I will definitely use her services again! Leslie is cause for peace of mind, great happiness and satisfaction for Frances and me.”

We couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter! She is incredibly communicative and always sends tons of pictures and videos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. She treats our dogs like they’re her own, makes sure they get any medications they need right on schedule, and goes above and beyond to make them feel loved and comfortable. Honestly, it feels like our dogs get to go on their own vacation whenever we go on vacation! One of our dogs especially loves getting to play with her dog, which makes the experience even more special. It’s such a relief knowing our dogs are in such caring, capable hands. Melissa was great! She paid close attention to our instructions and advice. We were nervous because our dogs had never stayed with a non-family member before, but she took care of them as if they were her own. They obviously were comfortable with her and we would definitely use her again.
Mei was the best! She took good care of our sweet Maltipoo and sent us lots of updates with pics and videos. We dropped off our puppy early in the am and due to our flight being delayed we also picked up a bit later than anticipated but Mei was wonderful and gracious.
Katie was absolutely amazing!! I had to go out of town at the last minute, and she provided a safe and happy place for Raja, my German Shepherd Mix, to relax while I was out of town. I got multiple updates and photos per day, and she followed every instruction I left to the letter. Cassidy watched our dog Ranger for a week while we were on an international trip. Ranger deals with some anxiety and reactivity to other dogs, but Cassidy did an amazing job with listening to our concerns and making sure we (and Ranger!) felt comfortable. She provided us photos and updates and that definitely let us relax while we were away from Ranger for the first time in quite a bit. You and your Greenbriar sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
