I've had dogs around my whole life. I'm patient with puppies, senior dogs, nervous dogs and high energy dogs. I've potty trained several dogs and 1.5 humans. 42 years ago, a dog taught me how to walk.

John and Joanna are now used to my maltese dog, it is this 5th time they take care of her. She is now used to them and so do I. They have suck a lovely and welcoming approach with her. They are my first choice when when I need to travel and can't take our dog with us . Please keep doing this amazing work!!!
Our little lady loved staying with Joanna! They took the best care of our dog. Grateful there was a place to take our smaller elderly dog that was so specialized for her needs. They even celebrated her birthday! I am not sure our dog wanted to leave ;)
Excellent care for Lola while I was away for the weekend. Lola was able to play with other dogs. I received daily updates with photo/video. Highly recommend!
John and Joanna took the time to ensure they knew what our dog needed and took such good care of her--giving her the perfect balance of play and snuggles. They were also extremely communicative and very flexible. Would 100% recommend them.
This was our 2nd time with John and Joanna. This time we brought our small dog over for an overnight stay. Our pup was nervous, but Joanna really knows how to properly introduce a newcomer to her “pack.” She was patient and kind, and our pup did wonderfully well - she’d never been away from home before, so this is a huge endorsement! We will definitely be staying here again, and I’d highly recommend John and Joanna!
Joanna is always amazing with my little maltese! Now every time I need someone to be with my dog I ask Joanna as she treats her as someone from family and take care so well of my dog.. Joanna, I have no words to thank you enough for being some careful and loving our dog as we do. You're amazing!

Schedule
We're lucky to have a very flexible schedule, so we are home a lot with our family and dog. We spend a lot of time around the house.

We care for a clients dog like it is our own. This means, meals, potty breaks, play time, a safe place to sleep away from others or take a break, a giant back yard and individual attention. The pet deserves respect from humans if we want respect from them.
Pets
A typical day
I'm an early riser, so I get up and let dogs out while I make coffee. Breakfast for everyone, then an hour or two of chores around the house. Then we are frequently outside in our back yard for hours, sitting in our gazebo, playing with our dog Penny with balls or working in the back garden. We regularly spend at least 3-4 hours outside each day outside.

- Our dog gets along well with every dog she has met. She often shows them games we play such as chasing balls and toys around the back yard. She is gentle with smaller dogs and older dogs.
