Knowing our pups are afraid of thunder, they took the time to check in on them and offer extra cuddles, which meant the world to us. Irene was a wonderful sitter for Bella! She went above and beyond to ensure that Bella was comfortable and happy. She pays attention to details, asks good questions, and made Bella's stay as fun as possible. She noticed a small medical issue beginning during Bella's stay and clearly communicated the issues to us and worked with us to ensure Bella was treated quickly. We are so happy that Bella was well taken care of while we were out of town.
Jeong was so helpful with Luca. I'm thankful with how flexible he was while I was making last minute changes to our weekend plans. I always appreciate the photos and regular updates he sends to reassure us that our pup is in good hands. Luca also gets along well with Hangyul, so I'm thankful that he has a friend to play with while we're gone. We've left Luca with Jeong several times and will certainly reach out again in the future if/when we need it. Thank you, Jeong, for taking such good care of Luca! We appreciate you!
Highly recommend! This was our second time booking Victor, and he once again took great care of our three pets and the house while we were away. He was very communicative; followed all our instructions on walk times, feeding, medicine, etc. exactly; and sent us updates (with a bunch of great photos) every day. We would definitely book him again, as we know our babies would be in very good hands :)
We've boarded our dog with Nina and Kon before and I missed my chance to leave a review the first time. They are the absolute best. They truly treat our dog as one of their own and provide frequent updates on all the activitiesâdaily walks, trick-or-treating, and playtime with the pack. Trusting anyone with your pet is a difficult thing to do, but with Nina and Kon, we can truly relax knowing heâs in excellent hands and being well taken care of.
This was our first time boarding Gibby with her, and weâre so glad we did. It was short notice, but she still accommodated us, and her location was just a 7 minute drive from our home. Our biggest priority was for Gibby to return happy, clean, and without any stomach issues and thatâs exactly how he came back. The only thing we would have loved is a few more photos and updates throughout his stay. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely book again.
Shivani was amazing with our precious Cuddles. He was happy at their home and had a great time there. We got so many updates and photos. The communication was very good. Our dog is a fussy eater but Shivani was able to get him to eat even offering him her own dogâs food after taking our permissIon. We recommend Shivani for your home away from home needs with your pups.
Jennifer and her college son were wonderful with my 63-pound Shepherd! Jennifer was easy to book with, responded quickly, and made it easy to set up a meet and greet. My dog's needs were well taken care of, and I got picture updates of her every day. She had a great staycation with Jennifer and would definitely book again! :)
Zeliha and her dog Luke were excellent hosts for our 12lb Biewer Terrier when we were on a long 11 day trip. She met with me over video for a meet and greet before hand, and sent photos and videos throughout his stay. She was very flexible with dropoff and pickup times, and best of all he was comfortable and happy when we returned. Thank you for taking care of our Bruno!
Alejandra did great watching Cody! We booked her very last minute and she responded quickly. We set up a quick meet and greet for the next day and she agreed to watch Cody. She is very friendly and we really appreciated her interactions with him!
