“We couldn’t be happier with the care Baxter received from Ray! Since this was our first time leaving Baxter with Ray, we were a little nervous, especially since Baxter was staying for only two days. But Ray immediately made us feel comfortable and reassured us that Baxter was in good hands. Throughout his stay, Ray kept us updated with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was wonderful seeing Baxter looking happy, relaxed, and comfortable. Ray was attentive to his needs, gave him plenty of love and attention, and made sure he was well cared for. When we picked Baxter up, he was happy and completely at ease, which told us everything we needed to know. We could tell he had a great time and was genuinely cared for. “Nina and her family are amazing!!! She took care of my 3y/o yorkie named Tokyo for 4 days. She sent me pictures and videos each day showing how well Tokyo was doing and adapting to his new environment. I was immediately put at ease knowing that Tokyo was in a loving environment. I have a part-time job in the afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. I am ready to receive your pets on the days that I am available, play with them and take them for a walk as many times as necessary. “Kelly is a WONDERFUL sitter!! This is the first time we’ve left our pup while we were on vacation for a few days, so we were definitely nervous puppy parents. We knew from the meet and greet that Kelly was a great fit. She has a huge fenced in yard that must of felt like a dream for our puppy. She also provided daily update photos, and it looked like our dog was having the best time in each one. Kelly accommodated our late pick up, even when we weren’t sure if we’d get there in time due to flight delays. Finally, somehow, our puppy returned to us way less stinky than when we left her :) I’d gladly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a sitter!!”

Ray with hands down the best sitter I have used on Rover. He went out of his way to make sure Coby and I were 100% comfortable during his day. Coby is a 60 pound puppy with a lot of energy and loves to be with other dogs, Ray clearly has a ton of experience with larger dog breeds, and ensuring they’re well taken care of. His own dog and another were staying with him during the weekend as well which made Coby’s time even better. Ray was an active communicator and sent plenty of updates throughout the weekend. . He also went out of his way to do fun activities, and make sure Coby was getting plenty of exercise. Will be using Ray as my go-to sitter from here on out. Highly recommend his services if you are looking for a high quality, experienced, and thorough dog walker and sitter.
The only one happier during and after a stay with Bugra is our dog, Chewie. I’ve lost all of my pet parent paranoia because he receives such high quality care with photos, updates, questions about changes in routine. It has really changed how we feel about traveling, or even having weekend events, knowing we have someone we totally trust with him. Could not recommend higher! And from the photos we got this weekend - neither could he.
Ella took amazing care of Arya! She kept us updated throughout the stay with frequent updates and pictures, which gave us complete peace of mind. She made sure Arya got plenty of playtime and attention, and truly went above and beyond to treat her like her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking with Ella again.
Katie and Adam provided our Shaka with an outstanding experience and loving home while we were on travel. This is our second time using Katie and Adam. He remembered Katie from last time and felt at ease with the family. She kept us current on his separation from us with pictures throughout the day which we always appreciated. She prepared his meals with care and made sure he was on time with his nature breaks. Shaka was comfortable with Ollie, their dog and appreciated the family’s embrace of our Shaka. We definitely will recommend Katie and Adam and will use them again.
I really don’t know what I would do without Rachel. My dog being selective with other dogs meant I could not board her in places like Dogtopia. I needed to find someone that could give her special attention. This is the second time I’ve used her. Kaya was happy to return and knew exactly where the house was. I knew right away she was loved and well taken care of. Will definitely keep using Rachel as my sitter as long as she will have us.
