The only one happier during and after a stay with Bugra is our dog, Chewie. I’ve lost all of my pet parent paranoia because he receives such high quality care with photos, updates, questions about changes in routine. It has really changed how we feel about traveling, or even having weekend events, knowing we have someone we totally trust with him. Could not recommend higher! And from the photos we got this weekend - neither could he.
Ray was relatively new to Rover when we booked him, but has a long history of dog experience and truly understands them. He kept us informed along the way and always sent pictures each day. He is an amazing photographer, but his wife may have also helped. at times. :-) Our two dogs got along very well with his dog Penny, who is a sweetheart. Ray was so good with our dogs, who are super fun and lovable. They got lots of attentions, play time and fetching which they love. We will be using him again without a doubt. Highly recommended.
Ella took amazing care of Arya! She kept us updated throughout the stay with frequent updates and pictures, which gave us complete peace of mind. She made sure Arya got plenty of playtime and attention, and truly went above and beyond to treat her like her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking with Ella again.
Susana took the best care of our dogs, TIbou and Brie, in her home while we were away for a week. She fed, walked, and loved them like her own. They also had a playmate in her dog, Milo. Walking them wasn't any easy task as it rained a lot, and the extra effort was much appreciated. We received lots of photos and messages about how our dogs were doing, so this helped us feel at ease during our trip. I really didn't worry at all. Thanks to Susana, we knew the dogs were looked after and loved.
Katie and Adam provided our Shaka with an outstanding experience and loving home while we were on travel. This is our second time using Katie and Adam. He remembered Katie from last time and felt at ease with the family. She kept us current on his separation from us with pictures throughout the day which we always appreciated. She prepared his meals with care and made sure he was on time with his nature breaks. Shaka was comfortable with Ollie, their dog and appreciated the family’s embrace of our Shaka.
