Thank you so much again!”

About: Hi! I'm Jenny :) I am an experienced and caring pet caregiver with a professional background in animal care. I am bilingual in Korean and English and can communicate clearly and comfortably in both languages. I have worked as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital and as a professional pet sitter through a pet-sitting company. Through these experiences, I have cared for pets with different personalities, routines, energy levels, and special needs. As a professional pet sitter, I was often complimented for my detailed and thoughtful pet-sitting reports, and some clients specifically requested me again because they appreciated my care, reliability, and communication. Although I work full-time, caring for animals has always been a very meaningful part of my life. I truly love animals and want to continue caring for as many pets as I can, which is why I keep fostering cats and offering pet care through Rover. I will care for your fur-babies with patience, love, professionalism, and close attention, so you can feel at ease while you are away. I can’t wait to meet your pets! :) I work full-time, but I do my best to be flexible with my schedule. I am usually available for visits early in the morning or in the evening. If you need a different time, of course we can talk about it and adjust to make it happen! :) When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow the pet parent’s instructions, including feeding routines, medication needs, litter box or potty routines, house rules, and any dos and don’ts. I focus on each pet’s individual needs, personality, and comfort level. I am happy to play, comfort, and spend quality time with them, while also keeping a close eye on their behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. I will treat your home with respect and provide clear updates so you can feel comfortable and reassured while you are away.

I can bathe , trim dog nails ( extra $10) Currently I am working full time so it depends on the day when I can walk or babysit them. Weekends are usually open again depending on when I work . I will let people know if I can’t the night before . Fenced yard , feeding them regularly, grooming , vet pet care all year round . Playtime morning, afternoon and little in the evening.( you have to have the bond with your dog to maintain obedience)
About: I used to work at three pet boarding facilities, the first one for about 2 years by walking them, feeding them and playing with them. I'm currently working full-time, and looking to do a side hustle on the days I'm not working my main job, which are Sundays and Wednesdays. I would let them walk around and explore when staying at a client's house and would make sure I would know where they are and would not let them go outside unless I let them.
“Emma is so great! I asked her day-of if she would be able to quickly meet my dogs to then pet-sit for them the day after, and she confirmed! She’s super personable, and sent a lot of pictures. She went above-and-beyond. Thank you, Emma!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Ashburn Junction
Dale and Karen are the best! We have a cat who's very nice to us, but pretty spicy with strangers. Dale and Karen not only got our kitty to come out of hiding, they even managed to give her her daily pills! They're great with communication, too, and just all-around lovely people. If you're looking for responsible, caring individuals to take excellent care of your fur baby, Dale and Karen are perfect.

Nicole was excellent to work with! We enjoyed our week-long vacation worry-free knowing that our cat was in such great hands! She provided detailed and hilarious updates throughout the week with sweet and goofy cat pics to go along with. I will absolutely be reaching out in the future and hope others do too!

Kelsey was fantastic in taking care of our two boys! She was very accommodating, communicative, and friendly. Her update cards were thorough with tons of pictures at each visit. It was clear that they loved her as well! The updates we received showed them having a good time and we came home to two happy and healthy cats! She even cleaned up some messes they made while we were away. We could not have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Kelsey in the future!!

Chelsea was great with taking care of our two cats again! She communicated any schedule conflicts with us before confirming the booking, was adaptable with new care instructions, was very accommodating with us when our travel plans changed, and even brought in our trash cans for us! Most importantly, our boys like her and we know they are getting the care they need. Thanks so much, Chelsea!

Carleigh stopped in to check on my cats for a week while we were out of town. She was very calm and let the cats come to her during the meet and greet and they were quick to get comfortable with her which was such a relief as cat parents. She sent daily report cards and was super responsive. We’ll definitely use her again next time we’re out of town!

Chelsea is such a wonderful sitter! We were thrilled she was available on such relatively short notice, too! She takes great care with Hank and Zozo and really tries to win them over (and succeeds!!) Chelsea also goes above and beyond: bringing in any mail/deliveries, and putting out food for the strays we take care of, too. We highly recommend Chelsea!!

Loved how Yvette cared for our cats while we were away! She was very responsible, attentive, and clearly cared about their well-being. Communication was excellent — she kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We came back to two healthy and happy cats :) Would definitely recommend her and would absolutely ask her to care for our cats again!

Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Ashburn Junction. On Rover:
- 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
