About: I have had experience caring and loving for dogs almost my whole life. My family has always had a dog in the house and I've been caring for dogs from a young age. I'm experienced, passionate and safe. If you're looking for a fun place for your dog to have their very own vacation, you've come to the right place. I began dog sitting for friends and family since I moved into my fabulous dog-friendly apartment. When your dog stays with me, they can enjoy my fenced front yard and I'm very close to a fun dog park. Dogs in my care will enjoy lots of snuggles, playtime and treats--with their owner's permission of course. I understand dog body language, and have cared for dogs of all types. If you pup is anxious, I will make them feel comfortable by offering them kindness and gentle playtime. Dogs--and their owners--love me because I know exactly how to make a dog feel at ease. About: Hi my name is Mackenzie, I would love to provide your fur baby with a comfortable, loving stay. I have one pitbull mix and 3 cats of my own. I have never met a pet that I haven’t gotten along with! I’ve grown up with pets in my home my whole life. I also used to have (he crossed the rainbow bridge) a paralyzed dachshund. I have experience with high energy dogs, strong dogs, temperamental cats - dogs and cats big and small. I understand what it’s like to have someone take care of of your babies, so I am very responsive and would be happy to send you pictures and updates. My dog, Monty loves to play, but also has awareness to know when a dog doesn’t want to interact. I’ve pet sat for tons of family and friends in the past, so I’d be thrilled to add your pet(s) to that list. I work remotely and have a full-time job. Most of my meetings are pre-planned so I have a good sense of my day and when walks can happen. Since I work from home, I’m able to provide love throughout the whole day. I have a small fenced in patio area that has a patch of soil and 2 fake grass pee mats for any urgent potty needs. I will always supervise outside while they are outside. I live in a town home, so I can easily separate my pets from yours if need be, but all of my pets are very friendly. I’m very thorough and take notes to make sure I get your fur baby’s needs exactly as they need them.

About: I have been a dog and cat sitting going on 5 years now. With 5 consistent families I catsit and dogsit for I make it my mission to make the babies and their parents feel safe, comfortable, and confident having me care for their loved one and in their home. When I am working it is either at my store from 8-3 or at home. When pet sitting I adjust my schedule to your pet’s eating and bathroom schedule to assure that when they are with me that they are top priority. When I am pet sitting in a client’s home, I want their fur baby to feel familiar, comfortable, and safe in their own home. I always like to know their favorite hiding spots, favorite toys, and personality characteristics to assure I can make them feel safe and sound while their owner is away. Once my stay is over I always assure to leave everything better than I found it - taking out the trash, washing dishes, washing towels, sweeping, etc. to assure the owner comes home to a clean and tidy space so they can focus on relaxing with their pet when they come home :)!

About: I have experience training, socializing and exercising large breed dogs and currently own a large German Shepherd. While you're out of the house, I will ensure your pet is safe, loved and in good hands! I am patient, observant and consistent. Behavioral issues? I know how to navigate it! Detailed regimes? I have the time! Specific routines to get your pet to bed or to eat? I get it! While everyone says they love dogs, I mean it more than they do, I'll treat your pet like they're my own. I accommodate all pups and personalities! I currently work in DC (with telework options) and am fully available after 4:30pm Monday - Friday with plenty of flexibility on the weekends. Let me know if/when you are going out of town and I can accommodate your schedule! I have a dog friendly home with a 6ft tall, fully fenced in backyard and a dog-friendly companion (Oakley). We needed someone to feed them while we were out and my kitties are always happy, well cared for, and comfortable when we come home, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. Our cats are also super shy, but with Victoria they come out to say hi. I also really appreciate is her communication. She consistently sends thoughtful updates and pictures, which always brighten my day and reassure me that they’re doing well.
June was a reliable and trustworthy caregiver for our 2 cats for 6 days. They're shy and didn't warm up to a stranger in that short time but we never worried about them or our home; the cats were fed and clean and safe, we received daily photos and reports, and June even cleaned one cat's throw-up from a rug and called us in real time when one cat was hiding (he promptly showed himself the next day). Marcia did an amazing job watching my 2 cats while I was away for a weekend. She shared a lot of pictures showing them getting playtime, being fed, litterbox status, and water bowl status, and also videos. She also made time very quickly to accommodate my last minute request so we were able to have a meet and greet beforehand. Marcia was very prompt and showed up on time for every scheduled drop-in, and followed instructions to a "T". She was also kind enough to bring packages in without being asked, so they didn't sit out while I was gone.
Our cats absolutely love Elena! Our boy cat Ollie adores when Elena comes to see him, as evident in the many pictures and videos we get from Elena. Our girl cat Gracie is incredibly shy and very slow to trust anyone as she is a domesticated feral cat but after 3 separate visits from Elena she no longer runs and hides but comes to her for pets and purrs like crazy, safe to say Gracie adores Elena too. We look forward to having Elena care for them again soon. Thank you Elena for taking such great care and loving on our cats as if they’re your own!
I will definitely request Rasha the next time i need pet care. At our first meeting my dog jumped right next to her on the sofa as if she knew her! This first experience with Rasha caring for my cat was so reassuring. She provided pictures of Bari with each visit. I really appreciated those pictures and could see that Bari was being well taken care of by Rasha. Accompanying the pictures were little bits of information about how was acting or eating. He was welcoming to her visits! I’m very pleased with her care and trust her judgment with my pets. I will definitely contact Rasha to care for my pets when needed.
