We love the notifications from the Rover app letting us know that Lauren was starting her visit. Lauren’s reports were always full of details about what she did and what the cats were doing and how they were responding to her. Plus she always sent multiple photos of our fur babies which were very reassuring for the week we were gone. We had her visit them morning and evening and we came home to 2 very happy cats. We have already booked her for our next holiday travel. Just wanted to add that Lauren also met our cats in person a few weeks before we left and that she has a dog and a cat of her own - I appreciated knowing that she was very familiar with the advanced and sometimes tricky culture of the cat. About: 13 years in animal care. 11 years in veterinary medicine. 4 years pet sitting individually. Many of the pets I’ve watched have had chronic condition’s which needed medication administration. I work full time but only 4 days a week and am able to bring them to work if needed. My boss is very accommodating if I had to leave more than once. I get a good understanding of the pet from their owner and then make sure that the house is fit for those needs. Example would be puppy proofing.
