I have always had cats growing up which led me to loving all kinds of animals and finding many opportunities to interact with them! This led me to working in an animal hospital for two years taking care of dog and cat boarders. This included walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with dogs and cats. This job allowed me to become comfortable with all types of dogs, especially dogs who were nervous and anxious being away from their owners. I also recently worked as a veterinary assistant at a small animal hospital, so I have some clinical experience as well, including adminstering oral and subcutaneous medications. Working at the animal hospitals also exposed me to many types of dogs and cats, big or small, young or old, so I am comfortable caring for a variety of pets. I love spending time with animals so I also worked on a farm where I took care of dogs, cats, and chickens and I volunteered at a sanctuary taking care of pigs and rabbits, so I have experience across a wide variety of animals and animal care. All of this to say that I love spending time with animals and will strive to provide the best quality of care for your pet as possible!
