About: I've had a dog in my home my entire life, and am always the one my friends/family turn to if they need someone to look after their pets. I have also fostered multiple dogs with leash reactivity, and have had some 1-1 work with an R+ (positive reinforcement) trainer to ensure pups can have the best experience out and about in the world while still getting their sniffs and exercise in. I occasionally run outside so I can offer to run with your pup(s) 1-2 times a week if you'd like, and I live 5 minutes away from Baron Cameron park if you like for them to play with other pups during the day at a dog park as well. Or of course we can just snuggle most of the day while I work from home. Well either way there will be lots of snuggles and pets... My last dog passed away in 2025 after a year long battle with cancer, so I have no problem giving medicine and making sure we stay on a strict schedule with food/medicine if that is what your dog needs. I look forward to becoming your pup's new best friend! I work part-time from home. I'm available for day-sitting while you're at work or overnight boarding when you're out of town. I'm typically up by 7:30, have a fenced in backyard, go on walks/runs throughout the day and love going to the dog park if your pup enjoys it! I have a 6 foot fence in my backyard that your pup can play around in. Take 2-3 x 25 minute walks around the neighborhood throughout the day and can occasionally go for 30-60 minute jogs if your pup enjoys more exercise (1-2/week)

They will feel secure and safe and get a lot of attention and affection. I work from home full time and have a very flexible schedule between 8-5. In addition to a great walk, your fur-baby gets cuddles, play time, and loads of love. Your dog will never be left unattended or alone in a yard. In my house, your dog can sleep in the bed if they like (and you OK it). My own dog is a 9 year old trained therapy dog. I’ve cared for playful puppies, laid-back adults, and sweet senior pets, making sure each one gets the attention and care they need. About: I've had a dog in my home my entire life, and am always the one my friends/family turn to if they need someone to look after their pets. I have also fostered multiple dogs with leash reactivity, and have had some 1-1 work with an R+ (positive reinforcement) trainer to ensure pups can have the best experience out and about in the world while still getting their sniffs and exercise in. I occasionally run outside so I can offer to run with your pup(s) 1-2 times a week if you'd like, and I live 5 minutes away from Baron Cameron park if you like for them to play with other pups during the day at a dog park as well. Or of course we can just snuggle most of the day while I work from home. Well either way there will be lots of snuggles and pets... My last dog passed away in 2025 after a year long battle with cancer, so I have no problem giving medicine and making sure we stay on a strict schedule with food/medicine if that is what your dog needs. I look forward to becoming your pup's new best friend! I work part-time from home. I'm available for day-sitting while you're at work or overnight boarding when you're out of town. I'm typically up by 7:30, have a fenced in backyard, go on walks/runs throughout the day and love going to the dog park if your pup enjoys it! I have a 6 foot fence in my backyard that your pup can play around in. Take 2-3 x 25 minute walks around the neighborhood throughout the day and can occasionally go for 30-60 minute jogs if your pup enjoys more exercise (1-2/week)

“It’s never easy to leave my baby behind, but the experience was so much better knowing she was in excellent hands with Hommer and his wife. I thought I was the one who had gone away for a mini-vacation, but I think my dog was the one getting the getaway treatment! She was taken on multiple long walks (and she’s a tough one to handle) and received tons of cuddles and couch time. I got many updates. In fact, I never once had to ask for an update! Let me just say this; when I came to pick my dog up, she kept jumping between greeting me and running back to them. I mean what more evidence could anyone need?! About: I am on a short career break while waiting for a clearance to come through to start my new job. Looking to fill my days with some furry friends while I wait! I have always been a dog lover and have lots of experience with doodles specifically but love all dogs. I have one pup (Lulu, 2 yr old 35lb mini Bernedoodle) that loves everyone and everything. Currently between jobs and at home most of the day! I am up and at it early during the week either on runs or at the gym. I have a small fenced in yard and live a few steps from 3 of the Reston trail entrances! I am very active and love to go on walks with my dog.
