Hi! I'm Jenny :) I am an experienced and caring pet caregiver with a professional background in animal care. I am bilingual in Korean and English and can communicate clearly and comfortably in both languages. I have worked as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital and as a professional pet sitter through a pet-sitting company. Through these experiences, I have cared for pets with different personalities, routines, energy levels, and special needs. As a professional pet sitter, I was often complimented for my detailed and thoughtful pet-sitting reports, and some clients specifically requested me again because they appreciated my care, reliability, and communication. Although I work full-time, caring for animals has always been a very meaningful part of my life. I truly love animals and want to continue caring for as many pets as I can, which is why I keep fostering cats and offering pet care through Rover. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow the pet parent’s instructions, including feeding routines, medication needs, litter box or potty routines, house rules, and any dos and don’ts. I focus on each pet’s individual needs, personality, and comfort level. I am happy to play, comfort, and spend quality time with them, while also keeping a close eye on their behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. I will treat your home with respect and provide clear updates so you can feel comfortable and reassured while you are away.

Schedule
I work full-time, but I do my best to be flexible with my schedule. I am usually available for visits early in the morning or in the evening. If you need a different time, of course we can talk about it and adjust to make it happen! :)
