We were sooo lucky to find Kristen as she is so super friendly and easygoing. We had to plan a last-minute trip (stressful!) but Kristen's flexibility and kindness immediately made everything so much easier for us. She helped arrange a meet n greet despite our time constraints, and when we met her we knew she would be perfect. Kristen was super sweet and sensitive to our pup’s specific needs. When they got caught in a total downpour, she actually took the time to blow dry his fur so he wouldn’t be cold or miserable. That kind of care brought us relief as we knew he was well cared for and happy! Throughout our trip, she was very responsive and sent us photos daily. In one pic he looked blissed out napping on her legs. Love! It was clear that her main priority was making sure our dog was happy. That meant so much to us, and we will definitely be back!

Kristen was fantastic with my older Mal-shi- with communicating updates and pics, and taking good care of her. I knew Daisy was in good care.

Kristen is very nice, very responsive, easy to communicate with. Moreover, my neighborhood doesn’t really have pet waste receptacles and I forgot to provide instructions on how to dispose of the waste. She took the waste with her and trashed in a receptacle outside of the community so she wouldn’t inconvenience me with smelly poop. That’s really going above and beyond! I will definitely use her services in the future.
