Not only did she schedule a meet and greet but she actually took my little dude for an hour or two to make sure he would acclimate to the house before we left him with her. He was staying with her during the forest fires and she made sure to minimize time outdoors to protect his lungs, and sent me tons of pictures. I work remote typically Monday to Friday. I am flexible with my work location as long as there is good wifi connectivity for me to use. Thanks. “Victoria is spectacular!! She has walked Ike for me a few times now prior to Ike’s first boarding with her. She has wonderful with his walks and absolutely amazing with him while he stayed with her for a few days! She is responsive and stays in touch daily and sends pictures as well. We were in a bind getting back home out of the country and Victoria went above and beyond to help us out by dropping Ike for us at our home as we made our way home from the airport since were going to get back later than planned. I just can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Katrina. It was just like leaving my two sibling Schnauzers with trusted family. It is obvious that she loves dogs and my pups were instantly comfortable around her. Katrina asked many questions about the pups prior to their stay, so I was very comfortable that she was very invested in their well being. She also has many friends and family that came to love on the pups, and I know they were well comforted, taken care off and entertained. She sent me many pictures and updates to assure me that the pups were comfortable in their surroundings. She lives in such a beautiful area with many nice walking trails which they loved. I will definitely be using Katrina in the future as my pet sitter!!
Kim was incredible with our Mini Goldendoodle (Biscuit) this past weekend! She was super responsive and easy to coordinate with from the start and being here in Brambleton made drop-off and pick-up seamless. She kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the stay, and you could tell immediately how much affection and attention she gave Biscuit. She even took Biscuit along for a fun afternoon at a local winery! On top of that, Biscuit made a new friend with her dog, Buddy. Biscuit came home thoroughly spoiled, super happy, and honestly a little sad to leave. It’s such a relief finding a local sitter you can completely trust to treat your dog like family.
