Hi! I’m Karmen — but I go by Kim 😊 I’ve loved dogs all my life and can’t imagine a home without them. I’m a doodle mom to Buddy, my sweet 4.5-year-old mini Goldendoodle, who loves making new friends and having a buddy of his own. I offer calm, loving, in-home care for non-shedding or very low-shedding dogs and poodle mixes under 50 lbs, including mini or smaller versions of Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Bernedoodles, Cavapoos, Cockapoos, Lagottos, Maltipoos, Sheepadoodles, Poodles, and other similar family-friendly pups. Since I work from home, your dog will receive plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I often care for dogs for neighbors and friends, and I’ve enjoyed it so much that I decided to open my home to more furry guests through Rover. My home is best suited for friendly, house-trained dogs who enjoy being part of a peaceful, loving home environment. I’m especially a great fit for active pups between 1 and 10 years old who enjoy walks, attention, and companionship with Buddy. Because I work from home and spend part of my day on calls, dogs must be comfortable settling independently and remaining quiet when briefly separated on another floor or resting in their crate. Dogs who experience significant separation distress, bark, or whine continuously when they cannot be beside someone may not be the best fit for my home. I also keep a later evening schedule, so my home is not the best fit for early risers. Dogs must be comfortable sleeping quietly until at least 8:00 a.m. Dogs who routinely whine, bark, or need to be taken outside before 8:00 a.m. will not be a good fit. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I’m unable to accommodate reactive dogs. Guests must be easy to manage on walks and able to pass other dogs without lunging, excessive barking, growling, or pulling. They should also be friendly and comfortable sharing a home with Buddy. Your dog will be treated like family here — not just boarded, but truly cared for. I keep the environment clean, calm, and comfortable, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine closely so they feel safe and right at home. For added convenience, I also offer pick-up and drop-off within a 10-mile radius for an additional fee of $25 each way 🚗🐾 I can’t wait to meet your pup and help them feel safe, loved, and right at home!
