“Katrina was absolutely wonderful with our small dog during two home visits. She kindly offered to meet us beforehand, and our dog immediately loved her. I did, too! Also, Katrina is super responsible. She took the time to confirm several details before we left. I could relax knowing that she is truly on top of everything! During the visits, she sent pics, made sure our dog did his business, and played and snuggled with him. Our sweet dog was relaxed and happy when we returned. I could tell he had a fabulous day with Katrina! :) We are planning to schedule with her again!”

About: My name is Laryssa and I am new on the sitter side of Rover. I am extremely reliable, caring and would treat your pets like my own while you are away! From experience, I know how hard it can be to leave your pets and will provide updates so you can ensure your fur babies are in good hands! A little about me I am a longtime dog owner and have had my Norwegian Elkhound mix for 10 years. She is now almost 12, I have experienced the puppy years, the energetic years, and all the little changes that come with caring for a dog as they get older. I also have experience with dogs from other family and friends that I would care for while they were away. I also currently have two tabby cats and I grew up with cats my whole life so I would be comfortable with both cats and dogs. I currently work from home full time so my schedule is flexible. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine and I will ensure to follow what is asked of me. I am available for dog walks and drop-in visits around the Leesburg area. Whether your dog needs a good walk, some playtime, food and water, a potty break, or simply someone to keep them company, I will make sure they get the care and attention they deserve. I have animals myself so I am used to breaking up my work day. Unfortunately I am unable to board animals with my dog since she gets jealous of me giving attention to someone outside of her. About: I've had pet dogs for nearly 20 years now, and I love being around them! I love being active and exercising with my dog and I'm a big believer that a well-exercised dog is a well behaved dog. I work full-time, but I am available late afternoon into the evenings and all day/night on the weekends. In some cases I might be able to do morning walks. My dog is house trained and has freedom to roam in the home. The house is void of anything that could endanger a pet. My dog is only here half of the time, so in many instances, your dog will be the only one here.

About: My experience with dogs is very wide. I am a previous owner of a Goldendoodle and also a Boykin Spaniel. I have taken care of my friends houses and pets before and also helped out with potty breaks for many of my friends dogs. I currently also am a nursing student and working towards my nursing degree:) I am a student as of right now working part time at the hospital, but definitely have much time to help out with furry friends. I am able to walk pets around my neighborhood or come to my clients house and play with the dog and also take them out for potty breaks. I also have experience with crate training.

The hours I’m available are typically 8:15 am - 2:15 pm. I’m available for the following services: walks, potty breaks, providing food and water (treats as instructed, too!), playtime, attention and companionship, as well as sending photo updates after visits!

About: I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I enjoy there company and am always happy to help out pet owners to make there lives easier. I enjoy spending time outside and walking dogs in my free time. Whenever anyone was ever in need of a dog walker in college I was always ready to help out. Growing up around all types of dogs including, mutts, black lab mixes and a terrier, I am comfortable around all dogs. I have house sat/dog sat for a ton of family friends throughout my life. I am a reliable person and would take great care of ones home and there pets. If applicable, I love going on runs with dogs as well and would be more than happy to do that if it was okay with the owner. I am a full time nurse but am looking to earn little extra cash in my spare time. I love dogs and enjoy spending time outside. I’ll be sure to get back to requests as fast as possible. I am currently living in a home with roommates and am unable to dog sit in my current home. Happy to dog sit at others home as long as my dog gets along with yours.

About: I took care of my black lab for 8 years, including feeding, giving medications, bathing and walking. I raised my cat from 6 weeks forward, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, giving attention to/playing with, and giving any medicines needed. I currently have a 4 and 5 year old cat. I also regularly volunteered at the cat Cafe in Murfreesboro, TN before I relocated to the area. There I was responsible for playing with the cats, feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. I have worked at an animal hospital where I have gained knowledge about medical situations and some medication giving. I am also a professional toy fixer! I am currently in between jobs so I do have mostly open availability until this changes or if I have to block some time off for an interview. I am willing to stay as long as needed to keep your furbabies happy and make sure they are fully taken care of. Being sure to leave your home exactly how it was when I arrived.
