About: Hi! My name is Jordyn and I am 25 years old. I have had dogs my whole life, and I love them! I have had a Husky and Labrador Retriever, a Rottweiller, and I currently have a Goldendoodle that I have cared for since she was a puppy. I used to dog sit/walk for friends and family members, and have multiple years of experience on Rover. Now I hope to help take care of your dog too! I have taken care of many dogs ranging from Papillions to Great Danes. I love interacting with all breeds of dogs. I am available Thursday through Sunday. I would be happy to care for your dog! I work a hybrid schedule and will typically be available Thursday through Sunday to do walks, house sit, or do drop in visits for your pet. I always make sure doors and other entrances are closed and locked upon entry and exit. Your pet will always have food and water according to owner instructions.
“Fantastic pet sitter that made me feel completely at ease. Communication was great, and any questions were addressed promptly. Will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve volunteered at the local animal shelter with dogs and cats for 6 years and assist with their programs, helped foster kittens, petsit neighborhood families for 5 years My schedule is flexible! I’m nannying this summer Monday-Friday at 12pm-4pm. I’m in my senior year of high school so I currently get out at 3pm, but my last day is June 3rd. I have a 2 year old Labrador, 5 year old main coon cat, and 11 year old orange tabby cat. I take my dog out on long walks and we like to go on hikes together. My cats are very playful so we spend a lot of time together trying out new toys.
“Angela is very responsive and so sweet with our dog. She gave us a great summary of her drop-in visits with pictures and we look forward to booking her services again soon!”

About: I have taken care of, sat, and walked other dogs not just my own dogs for almost 10 years. I love dogs of all kinds! As someone who tries to maintain a balanced schedule, pet care is something I like to do when I have the free time during my day. I love giving my own dogs walks and I try to walk them at least once a day. Depending on what your rules are, I will respect and honor what you wish for me to do with your dog. I like to make sure that dogs are in the safest environment as well as being loved.
“Thank you, Kelsey, for taking such great care of our fur buddy while we were away for the week! You were so patient and sweet with our super shy kitty. Daily updates and photos ensured that we were comfortable and confident that he was getting excellent care and attention. Will definitely be in touch again next time we travel.”

“Kayla did an excellent job with our anxious dog, Cooper. She communicated with us really well and was always on time, providing us with peace while we were away. This was our first time having someone do a drop-in visit, and Kayla did a wonderful job start to finish!”

About: I’ve always had animals growing up and they are a huge part of my life! I am reliable, responsible and will ensure every pet is treated like one of my own I am a grad student on summer break and am very flexible! Walking and caring for dogs helps me to relax, stay active, and do something that I enjoy I go above and beyond to ensure that every dog I take care of is comfortable. Growing up with dogs, I feel natural when it comes to handling and caring for them.
“Jannatul was amazing! She took great care of our two cats. Through videos and text messages, she did a great job of keeping us informed of our cats' well-being. We will definitely ask Jannatul to cat sit again.”

About: I’ve always had a dog as a part of my life growing up ever since I was 6. In more recent years, I was the co-pet parent of a dog for roughly 3 years, and I’d like to think he turned out pretty well. I have some decent knowledge and experience when it comes to handling and training dogs, namely by encouraging desired behaviors through positive reinforcement. While my experience may not be the most comprehensive, I’d like to think I more than make up for it with my love for dogs! Some day I’d love to have one of my own, but with my current life schedule and commitments, it’s just not in the cards for me. I’ve recently had the privilege of dipping my toes into fostering pups, which has taught me a lot about caring for a dog by myself. In the meantime, I’m perfectly content walking, caring for, and loving your dog just as if it was my own! I currently work full time 9-5 (generally) M-F, but I do have periods of flexibility when I can come walk/pet sit during the day. I’m also able to take some days of the week remote. I do have some after work commitments during the week days, but they’re relatively minimal, flexible, and I’m willing to work with you to find out what works best for you, me, and your pup! I have a fairly good understanding of dog body language and mannerisms and will, under no circumstances, put your dog in any position of discomfort in your home or on our walks. I will be sure to give your dog plenty of attention and playtime, but not to the extent that the dog feels uncomfortable or threatened by me. When it comes to walks, your dog is the boss-it’s their time to sniff, exercise, and do their business while I’m just along to chaperone them. That being said, I’ll make sure to avoid any altercations with other dogs or people by limiting those interactions on walks.
“Steffany was amazing. She did drop in visits for our two large dogs on a short notice. Was very professional and we didn’t have to worry at all. Thank you Steffany you allowed us to enjoy our trip!”
About: I try to go above and beyond as a pet sitter, Besides helping my neighbors with their pets, I’d love to take care of your furry family member. I’ll be there to feed and walk your pet but most importantly I’ll take the time to build a bond with each animal, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and stimulated while you’re away. You can trust that your baby is in capable, caring hands. I’m very flexible in my schedules and working from home so I can enjoy a lot of time with my family and my dog Oreo I live in a big house near a trail and forrest. Your dog will enjoy great walk with my dog Oreo or stay home and play/cuddle.

“Anum quickly became loved by our 4 dogs and 2 cats. She easily remembered all the details of their feeding and schedule. She fed the entire crew and kept them all happy during a long Easter Weekend. Our emotionally needy GSP and barky Aussie became good friends with Anum. Even our very shy dog came out of her shell !”

About: I took care of my black lab for 8 years, including feeding, giving medications, bathing and walking. I raised my cat from 6 weeks forward, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, giving attention to/playing with, and giving any medicines needed. I currently have a 4 and 5 year old cat. I also regularly volunteered at the cat Cafe in Murfreesboro, TN before I relocated to the area. There I was responsible for playing with the cats, feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. I have worked at an animal hospital where I have gained knowledge about medical situations and some medication giving. I am also a professional toy fixer! I am currently in between jobs so I do have mostly open availability until this changes or if I have to block some time off for an interview. I am willing to stay as long as needed to keep your furbabies happy and make sure they are fully taken care of. Being sure to leave your home exactly how it was when I arrived.

Excellent dog walker! They arrived right on time, took great care of my dog, and sent adorable pictures during the walk, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated the updates and communication. I would definitely recommend them and will happily book again! 🐾

Diego is mine and Phoenix‘s favorite dog walker. He’s very reliable, trustworthy, and competent at having healthy relationships with dogs. Phoenix enjoys his time with Diego. That’s very important to me, especially knowing that I have to be gone for days at a time. This kind of peace of mind is priceless. We’re grateful to have Diego on our team.

Nice job with our pet visits. She def cares about animals as she rescued an injured bird that had flown into our glass door minutes before we left for the airport. Our home was the way we left it, and she sent plenty of pics to ease our worries about leaving them

My senior pup had another wonderful drop-in visit from Monique. She took great care of him making sure he had a few treats, plenty of water, and helped him to bed after he slipped on the hardwood floor. I will continue to request Monique for all my pet sitting needs. Highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
