About: My children and I currently have a golden doodle named Phoenix! He's been a member of our family shortly after he became 8 weeks old. With all of his energy, he keeps us on our toes and we've helped him to learn about 36 commands together in a brief timeframe. Although, our time together has only amounted to a couple of years, I also grew up with a family that had two border collies, Midnight and C.J., as part of our family. #FourLeggedFun Different from how it was growing up, over the last few years, I have quickly learned about how essential it is to understand canine philosophy and pack mentality with dogs. This has allowed our family to train Phoenix in a way that puts his needs first while still allowing us to get the benefit of loving on him in a way that he can feel loved too. I currently work until the early afternoon on the weekdays. So, I have plenty of time to get a few walks in before bed time :-). On the weekends, I am available from the early afternoons until late evening. I would love to share some outside time with your furry friends. Safety is key for both your pet and myself. As such, I will treat your pets with love, respect, and kindness just as if they were my own. I'll be mindful of the temperature outside, as well as, the walking path that we may take. And, if I notice anything out of the ordinary about your pet during our walk I will be sure to keep you informed. Additionally, please let me know what your pet(s) are accustomed to and I'll do my best to accommodate their needs.
“Brooke was kind and did a great job with our cat! She was punctual and did a nice job following our little checklist each time she visited. We appreciate her and the job she did! Would definitely book again.”

“Kalpana was wonderful!! My cats are very stressed when we leave them for a week! When we returned from our trip they were so calm and happy! Kalpana took excellent care of our kitties! I will be booking drop in visits with her again! I highly recommend Kalpana!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our kitties!!”

“Super happy with the care provided for my dog and cat during the drop-in visit. Both were well taken care of. I had a last minute trip and June was available to assist. I appreciated the updates and photos, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

About: I’ve always had a dog as a part of my life growing up ever since I was 6. In more recent years, I was the co-pet parent of a dog for roughly 3 years, and I’d like to think he turned out pretty well. I have some decent knowledge and experience when it comes to handling and training dogs, namely by encouraging desired behaviors through positive reinforcement. While my experience may not be the most comprehensive, I’d like to think I more than make up for it with my love for dogs! Some day I’d love to have one of my own, but with my current life schedule and commitments, it’s just not in the cards for me. I’ve recently had the privilege of dipping my toes into fostering pups, which has taught me a lot about caring for a dog by myself. In the meantime, I’m perfectly content walking, caring for, and loving your dog just as if it was my own! I currently work full time 9-5 (generally) M-F, but I do have periods of flexibility when I can come walk/pet sit during the day. I’m also able to take some days of the week remote. I do have some after work commitments during the week days, but they’re relatively minimal, flexible, and I’m willing to work with you to find out what works best for you, me, and your pup! I have a fairly good understanding of dog body language and mannerisms and will, under no circumstances, put your dog in any position of discomfort in your home or on our walks. I will be sure to give your dog plenty of attention and playtime, but not to the extent that the dog feels uncomfortable or threatened by me. When it comes to walks, your dog is the boss-it’s their time to sniff, exercise, and do their business while I’m just along to chaperone them. That being said, I’ll make sure to avoid any altercations with other dogs or people by limiting those interactions on walks.

About: I have a lot of experience working the mornings at the animal shelter, learning all of their special traits and qualities. It is my passion in life to work with animals. I’m fully dedicated to providing the best, quality care to all the cute fur-babies out there. My routine is malleable for the foreseeable future, so pet care would fit into my day to day life depending on my clients and their needs! Depending on what you need of me, I will cater each pet-sitting experience to that of the parent of the fur-baby. I want to make sure each visit is personalized to each client and their pets. Furthermore, I would love to learn about your pets favorite hobbies, so after all their needs are fulfilled we can have lots of fun!
“Ginger seemed happy and relaxed when we got home. Carleigh sent a photo and followed up, even though it was just a quick check-in. We are very happy to have met Carleigh!”

“Amber was everything we could hope for as a cat sitter. We had a one grumpy cat that could have been tricky to deel with be she handled him without any issue. I wish she is available on our next vacation so that we can leave our cats to her care without ever getting worried!”

About: I have taken care of, sat, and walked other dogs not just my own dogs for almost 10 years. I love dogs of all kinds! As someone who tries to maintain a balanced schedule, pet care is something I like to do when I have the free time during my day. I love giving my own dogs walks and I try to walk them at least once a day. Depending on what your rules are, I will respect and honor what you wish for me to do with your dog. I like to make sure that dogs are in the safest environment as well as being loved.
“Jessica is an absolutely wonderful dog sitter, she’s super helpful with being flexible around my weird work schedule and Jacks always seems to be in a great mood after a visit from her.”

About: I have owned and taken care of cats dogs my entire life and absolutely love them. I have had both big and small dogs and loved every kind of cat I’ve met. I have taken care of dogs of all energies. I hope I can show your fur babies some love! I have a very flexible daily schedule and am able to adjust it to take care of pets! I typically am able to visit pets at most times throughout the day, especially in the morning to afternoon. I am very active so I am able to take your pets on walks around the neighborhood and community as well as take them to any nearby parks and open areas to play!
“Steffany was amazing. She did drop in visits for our two large dogs on a short notice. Was very professional and we didn’t have to worry at all. Thank you Steffany you allowed us to enjoy our trip!”

“Anum quickly became loved by our 4 dogs and 2 cats. She easily remembered all the details of their feeding and schedule. She fed the entire crew and kept them all happy during a long Easter Weekend. Our emotionally needy GSP and barky Aussie became good friends with Anum. Even our very shy dog came out of her shell !”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 10 Years old. Since then, I have owned 3 German shepherds and have dog sat, walked and trained before. So I have experience in all aspects! I work about 4-6 hours a day Monday through Saturday so I have majority of the day to walk and play with pups anytime in the late morning through evening! Ashburn dog parents share their Rover experiences
Diego is mine and Phoenix‘s favorite dog walker. He’s very reliable, trustworthy, and competent at having healthy relationships with dogs. Phoenix enjoys his time with Diego. That’s very important to me, especially knowing that I have to be gone for days at a time. This kind of peace of mind is priceless. We’re grateful to have Diego on our team.

Nice job with our pet visits. She def cares about animals as she rescued an injured bird that had flown into our glass door minutes before we left for the airport. Our home was the way we left it, and she sent plenty of pics to ease our worries about leaving them
My senior pup had another wonderful drop-in visit from Monique. She took great care of him making sure he had a few treats, plenty of water, and helped him to bed after he slipped on the hardwood floor. I will continue to request Monique for all my pet sitting needs. Highly recommend her!
