I’m currently working full time, but my schedule is very flexible. I have 4 to 5 hour shifts 4 days a week, but I’m always willing to make time before or after my shift to take care of your furry friend. On January 1st 2025, my availability will be much more open due to some changes at the daycare, so feel free to contact me at anytime!

I live in the Ashburn area so there are a lot of parks which I can take your pet to get some fresh air and stretch their legs. I can also take them for walks around the block if preferred by my client. If your pet is more comfortable with being off leash while walking, and you give me permission to do so, then I'm willing to accommodate for it during the time with them. I would like to talk with the owners to figure out preferences with their pet, feeding schedules, dog personalities, and any other vital information to ensure that you're pet is getting the best care possible, all while building trust. It’s very important to me to have your pets trust, that way they can be fully comfortable and I can get to know the in’s and out’s of what makes that tail wag!

If your dog has any food allergies or any special dietary restrictions, please let me know in advance. It would also be good to inform me if there are any types of dog breeds your pet doesn't get along with so that I can account for that when taking them on walks or visits to the park. If the client has specific feeding times, I would appreciate you letting me know so that I can follow your preferences accordingly.
A typical day
I would love to take your pet on walks, exploring new places for them to meet furry friends living in the area. There will always be dedicated play time where they have my undivided attention so I can get that tail wagging. If the client can provide play time toys that would be preferred, but I always have something extra to the side in case of emergencies. If you need help teaching your pet basic commands, I can help you get them along the way. Training with dogs for 3 years taught me the basics such as sit, stay, and down. Everyday is a new adventure, I can't wait to have fun with your pets!

I’ve had a dog all of my life, his name is Cooper. Spending time training him and watching him grow made me realize that I wanted to do more. I started training to be a pet care professional about 3 years ago, where I have spent my time walking/training/caring for different breeds of dogs in all sizes. My current boss heavily relies on me to care for her 3 golden retrievers, while helping her train/supervise any dogs that come in the daycare. I love dogs with a passion, and strive to become their best friends once they become familiar with me. Some customers prefer to have me care for their companions outside of the daycare, since I’ve been told that I get along with all the dogs, even the ones that are harder to gain trust from. One of my favorite furry friends is named Butters, and from what his owner told me, it is very hard to find someone who Butters will get along with and not growl at or feel uncomfortable around. Luckily, Butters and I became well aquatinted so I get to watch him every once in a while, and his parents get to go enjoy some free time to themselves. I’m hoping that I get to meet your dogs and become their friend as well!
