About: I’ve had dogs, horses, and rodents, my whole life except a five year stint when I traveled. I have my own dog who’s three years old named Kevin. He’s the most spoiled boy! Kevin isn’t friendly with other dogs so I have plenty of experience walking dogs who need to avoid contact with other dogs. Please reach out with any questions! I look forward to meeting your furbabies and treating them like my own. I work during the day so I am available evenings and weekends. I have a slightly flexible schedule that allows me to be available early mornings. I will follow the pet owners guide to the letter. If you have a preferred walking path, I will take it. I always come equipped with poop bags, toys, and a first aid kit in case of emergencies. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will keep you updated with times, pictures, and a description of the care I provide.
“Kelsey was great to work with! She communicated well and sent us detailed messages after each visit to let us know how our cats were doing. Our cats warmed up to her quickly! I will be booking again!”

“Daphne was fantastic and kept us up to date on our dog while we were gone! We even had a vase of flowers that somehow got spilt while we were gone and she cleaned all the water up without even saying anything to us. Thank you so much!!!”

“Asal has been sitting for Charlize for a few months now and I can never get enough of her thoughtful updates and photo shoots when I’m out of town! So glad I found Asal on this app, and so is Charlize!”

“Sydney was great! We booked last minute and were really relieved she was able to drop in on our kitties while we were away. She communicated well and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry. I realized I missed a few things in my instructions but she was able to roll with it and take care of everything. We really appreciated her help and would be happy to book with her again.”

“manrong was communicative, reliable, clean, and great with both our highly anxious dog and cat. our cat has never come out for a sitter until we booked with her, which really spoke volumes. manrong also followed all my instructions and made adjustments when asked. she was patient and gentle with our babies so i felt completely at ease while we were gone. i’d definitely recommend her!”

“Wow!!! Let me say, I've never been so pleased and impressed with a dog walker like I am with Lashawn. He takes such good care of my babies and when I come home, I legit have zero concerns. House clean, exactly the way I left it. Dogs fed and walked. Lots of photos which I personally appreciate. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. I can really see that he loves what he does. Not letting this gem go! Thank you sir”

About: I have a lifetime of experience with animals starting from my first day as an infant. I grew up with multiple cats in the home with learned, gentle-respect and patience that cats require. I also grew up with a shetland sheepdog, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. As an adult I have significant experience with caring for dogs and cats alike both in my home and in other homes. My own animals, two dogs, a cat, and a 70 gallon fish tank, remind me daily of the joys and importance of animals. I have an anxious 74 pound hound and a nervous 30 pound beagle of my own, so I understand the needs of special breeds and animals coming from previously difficult situations. I have the patience needed to address nervous dogs and have experience with clicker training and am educated in techniques for dog training. I do not breed discriminate. I have fostered kittens and adult cats and have experience with syringe feeding and medicine administration. I also have my own rascally kitten, Hazel, who keeps me entertained. In my experience with fish and aquariums I can clean, feed, and help with tank design or water cycling conditions. Note: I am selective about in home care due to a cat being in the home - this is for the safety of my own animals. Thanks. Your pets will be the utmost priority and I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs. I can assure timely feedings, walks, and potty breaks so your pet is comfortable and you are assured! I will treat them as my own. Our daily routine is FULL of pet fun and enjoyment. First thing in the morning is a walk and potty breaks, followed by feeding, the rest of the day would follow similarly with 4/5 mini walks and dinner at ideal time. Potty before bed time and no pet will be left alone for more than 3 hours and if preferred never at all.

“Courtney is fantastic with our cats! She gives us great updates and spends quality time with them when we are away. She is very creative about getting a pill in our one cat who desperately hates his pills. We are grateful to her for taking care of our boys”

“Riley did such a great job taking care of my family’s cat while we were away for a week. Riley is a completely dependable pet sitter. I enthusiastically recommend her to others!”

“Emaan is a dependable sitter. I have used her for drop by visits and she is always on time and is very caring with my elderly and blind cockapoo. Emaan has been flexible with last minute changes I needed to make. I will call her again.”

“Stephanie was great! Amazing communication. She was prepared and asked good questions about caring for a very senior kitty, which she was experienced with. Received pictures and text updates via Rover card for every visit. She was on time. She cleaned an extra mess my cat made. Made my cat's meals with medicine mixed in. Overall awesome sitter. She put my mind at ease while I had to be away and my cat was doing very poorly health-wise. Thank you!!”

“I love your notes and pictures! I also really appreciate that you look for Rosie to check on her. She is very good at hiding! Jasper loves you and you always take time to pet him and give special treats. Thank you!”

She is seriously the BEST!! So sweet and amazing with Buster, always on time, and was so flexible with going over whenever I needed her. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Buster was in such good hands. I will 100% be booking with her again and couldn’t recommend her enough!! 🤍🐾
We are so incredibly thankful for Amy - she was a last minute find for my 3 large dogs (all about 60 lbs each) and she did both check ins and overnights. All of my dogs LOVED her, and that is saying something as one of my dogs is quirky, and another is protective of the house and kids. Any was also very patient with all of our dogs as they warmed up to her, and by the end of her visit all of them were cuddling with her on the couch. I loved the fact Any spent over an hour on the phone with me getting to know my dogs and their routine to keep it as close to how we usually do things as possible, provided very detailed updates at each visit (and a lot of fun videos), was very prompt in her communications, and went above and beyond and brought things up she noticed to help keep the house running (ie she noticed I had a lot of ants coming into my house and asked if she could help treat before I came home so I wouldn't come home to a lot of ants). Overall highly recommend her and we will be reaching back out to her for any future needs.

As always, Sabrila took exceptional care of Cookie while I was away for three weeks. Knowing Cookie was in such loving and capable hands gave me complete peace of mind. She made sure all of Cookie’s needs were met, especially considering her age, and treated her with so much patience, care, and affection. Thank you, Sabrila, for always going above and beyond. I truly appreciate everything you do for Cookie, and I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver. Highly recommended!

This was my first time hiring a dog sitter, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but Abby was absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job taking care of my dog, keeping me updated, and putting my mind completely at ease. She is reliable, caring, and professional. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her again!

Nouf took great care of my senior dog and cat. She gave me peace of mind while my boyfriend and I were away. My cat ran out the door (because she’s crazy!) and she was able to quickly catch her and bring her back inside safely. Reliable, responsible, responsive, and gave detailed updates + lots of pictures! I would recommend her if you are looking for someone who can handle your furbabies!

Tamara and Frank were excellent dog sitters for our two golden doodles. We were away for a week and had them do house visits three times a day over Christmas Break. They were amazing with our dogs and never missed a visit despite being over the holiday. They provided so many updates and photos which really helped my anxiety. We will definitely be rebooking them for future trips!

This was my first time using the Rover app to find someone to help me with my new puppy. Aditi was highly reviewed and I must say she was incredible. Extremely response, showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire visit and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
