I also am a hybrid worker so am able to be home usually on the weekends + monday and friday! I make sure there is mental enrichment ready for my pup whether its a frozen lickmat, snuffle toy, etc. and designated crated rest time. I think its very important for dogs to be on a routine and get the enrichment and exercise needed as well as enough rest so that they can be the happiest dog they can be!

About: We’re a husband-and-wife team with a lifelong love of animals and years of experience caring for both dogs and cats—especially rescues. We’ve worked with anxious and reactive pets, administered medications, and provided the extra attention they need to feel safe and comfortable. Our own family includes a 65lb rescue Foxhound and a rescue tabby cat, so we understand the quirks and joys that come with rescue pets. Audrey works from home full time, and Shane is a teacher, which means we have a flexible schedule and your pets won’t be left alone. We’ll make sure they’re happy, healthy, and loved like our own. Audrey works from home full time and Shane is a teacher, so someone will be home with your pet at all times. We make it a priority to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. Our typical day looks like this: 6–7 AM: Wake up, potty break in the yard, and breakfast 12–1 PM: 45-minute walk 4–5 PM: Playtime in the yard, potty break, and dinner 8–9 PM: Final potty break in the yard before bedtime For dog boarding: Our dog loves meeting and playing with other dogs, so your pup will have a built-in playmate. Our cat will always be kept in a separate room to ensure everyone’s comfort. Since Audrey works from home full time and Shane is a teacher, your dog will always have company and supervision. For cat boarding: Your cat will enjoy a private guest room set up just for them, complete with a litter box, cat tree, toys, and all the comforts they need. To help them feel secure, one of us will spend time in the room during the day—often working from there—so they’ll have companionship and attention throughout their stay.

About: I have had dogs for most of my life. I currently have a 4 year old golden doodle who I got as a puppy and is a very important part of my family. I work from home most of the time, so I get to spend a lot of time with my dog -- playing and going for walks. I am very attentive to my dog. While my yard is not fenced in, safety is a top priority. My dog doesn't leave the house without bring on a leash. I also make certain he is safe on our walks when we're around cars.
