Our flight was changed 24 hours before its departure due to the DCA accident, and she was very understanding on our situation, and took our two dogs earlier than anticipated. She constantly sent pictures, was very communicative before and during our pets stay with her; she sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the whole week. She was also very proactive when my dog's leash got broken, and she got another one for him. I appreciate a pet sitter who also involve her family in ensuring pets feel appreciated and warm at home, so thank you very much for allowing your little ones to play with Lio and Saul! “This was 100% the BEST dog care experience we have ever had. The family and I mean family as everyone loved on our Maggie and made her feel cared for during her entire stay. We had the best experience with Nupur (Monami) and the family. They took care of our 10-years old male boxer Max and 6-years old female Boston Terrier Zola for 10 days in their house. We did meet and greet prior to make sure our dogs get along with their dog and the family asked many questions about our pup’s health and habits. From the very first moment we knew they would be well taken care of. What we did not know was how spoiled and nurtured they would be. Our dog sitter family treated our puppies like their own. Our boxer Max had had separation anxiety during previous boardings but he did not suffer the same anxiety as he felt right at home with the family. They played in the house and in the garden. We got daily updates with pictures and all our inquiries were promptly answered. Our puppies were in best care and we will definitely use their service again and highly recommend Monami to others seeking doggie care.
Lydia is great! We booked a last-minute trip out of town and instead of boarding our dog we did a meet and greet with Lydia and knew immediately that she would be great. Our dog loved her and the other dogs she had during the same time. Lots of pictures and videos. We’ll use Lydia even for staycations and days we want Lola to go visit Lydia and her little friends!

This was our first time leaving Ace with Nisha & family, they made it a great experience. They followed our feeding and medication routines. I've received texts and daily photo updates. Ace seems warmed up and got along with their dog Tyrion and toddler son soon after he was left. It is so nice to be able to leave Ace with them and know that he is loved and taken care of when we are not home.
This was the best boarding experience ever for our 2 doxies! Nina took great care to ensure the instructions we provided were followed to the letter. She actively played with them; she also shared numerous photos & videos at regularly scheduled intervals every day. Nina’s 2 dogs are adorable too.
