Jungeun provided a daily update with many photos and videos and she responded quickly to my questions via Rover. I will definitely use Jungeun again.”

“Richard took phenomenal care of my dog, Bruno, and I could not recommend him more highly. He truly went above and beyond during Bruno’s stay. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bruno was being cared for like part of the family. We will absolutely book with Richard again. Richard is officially our new Rover when we go on vacation.”

As soon as we pull up to her driveway he immediately knows where he is and gets so excited to go inside and play with her dog. You can tell her and her family are so warm with their pets. “Valerie is a 5-star host with great communication before and during the stay. Kyber was able to meet with her own dogs to ensure a comfortable stay was going to be had by all and that the fur-parents were comfortable with each other. She made the drop-off and pick-up seamless for the 5 day/night stay. Photos and videos were shared several times each day putting my mind at ease just knowing that his first time away from us was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable. When the weather was not cooperating she found alternatives to accommodate the playtimes and exercise needs with lots of cuddles and playtime in the yard. I highly recommend Valerie and her care whether it be for a short stay or an extended, your fur-babies are in loving and caring hands. * We will definitely be using Valerie and her services again in the future. Kyber cannot wait to play with his new friends again soon!”
