He is pretty sensitive to our absences and it would not be unusual for him to eat almost nothing in a week with others' care. This time, Anahita offered a little different dog food and that was all it took for him to understand he was ok. The booking was done at the last minute which was special enough but all other aspects were fantastic. Communication could not have been better, she acted as the consummate professional.
