“This was the second time we used John and his wife Joanna and they were wonderful once again. Our pups can be nervous when they’re away from home but I could tell they recognized their home (and kids) and felt comfortable there, which made it easier to leave them. They communicate and send pictures/updates every day, and when one of our pups wasn’t feeling well they let us know right away and were willing to stay up at night with him to make sure he was okay. They even checked up on him after he was back home. Just lovely!”
