I currently work full-time during the week, so I’m primarily available on weekends (Friday evening to Sunday), with some weekday evening availability depending on the day. We don't often take a vacation without our dog, but the handful of times we had in the past, she was traumatized when I picked her up. She isn't crate trained and hates the little kennels at the vet and other commercial boarding facilities. Kristen's farm was like a vacation for her while we were on vacation! She loved the big open yards, having the run of the house, and being around the other dogs. Kristen is a warm, caring, responsible animal lover. “We had the best experience with Nupur (Monami) and the family. They took care of our 10-years old male boxer Max and 6-years old female Boston Terrier Zola for 10 days in their house. We did meet and greet prior to make sure our dogs get along with their dog and the family asked many questions about our pup’s health and habits. From the very first moment we knew they would be well taken care of. What we did not know was how spoiled and nurtured they would be. Our dog sitter family treated our puppies like their own. I just can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Katrina. It was just like leaving my two sibling Schnauzers with trusted family. It is obvious that she loves dogs and my pups were instantly comfortable around her. Katrina asked many questions about the pups prior to their stay, so I was very comfortable that she was very invested in their well being. She also has many friends and family that came to love on the pups, and I know they were well comforted, taken care off and entertained. She sent me many pictures and updates to assure me that the pups were comfortable in their surroundings. She lives in such a beautiful area with many nice walking trails which they loved. I will definitely be using Katrina in the future as my pet sitter!!
This was my first time leaving my little girl and I was a bit anxious about it. From the time I had my meet and greet with Jennifer to the time I picked her up Jennifer has been super flexible and very responsive. Kim was incredible with our Mini Goldendoodle (Biscuit) this past weekend! She was super responsive and easy to coordinate with from the start and being here in Brambleton made drop-off and pick-up seamless. She kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the stay, and you could tell immediately how much affection and attention she gave Biscuit. She even took Biscuit along for a fun afternoon at a local winery! On top of that, Biscuit made a new friend with her dog, Buddy. Jenny was amazing. To begin with, she and her family are just super nice. Jenny sent us pictures of our dogs every day taking walks and enjoying the home environment. The main thing that gets Jenny 5 stars is that our dogs are super attached to us and their daily routines, but when we picked them up, they were happy, content and not anxious at all. While we talked a bit, the dogs took turns going between us and Jenny and her husband to get attention. We could not have asked for them to be in better spirits after a full week away.
