Where to begin? We are a first time user to this platform and because of how AMAZING, Ella was, we are definitely going to hopefully watch our very moving boxer, “Brisket.” From the first day she was so great with her communication and the kids could see the love she poured into him while we had a short getaway, that made us so much more relaxed he was in a loving home. If I had a singing voice, I’d sing her praises on the rooftops, but I get told to be quiet in the shower (that’s how bad it is), so I’ll just write this review and say, “Ella, we truly appreciate and love what you did for Brisket, from the bottom of of hearts, thank you.”
We had an excellent experience with Satyam! Our dog, Gideon, struggles with anxiety and does best in a calm, loving environment. From the moment we dropped him off, Satyam went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. We especially appreciated the consistent updates, photos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Gideon was receiving genuine attention and affection—not just being watched. When we picked him up, he came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, and truly treats your dog like family, we highly recommend Satyam. Pam was so excellent with my cat Ernie, we will definitely be rebooking again with her in the future! She kept us updated on all his goings-on, and let us know how he was eating/going potty which was very reassuring for us. Highly recommend to any other cat parents!
Highly recommend Xinyi! She took incredible care of our dog, Louis. We could tell how comfortable he was with her once we got him home; he was happy and completely free of anxiety. This Missy’s second stay with Preston. Preston was very loving to Missy as always. Missy had some stomach upset during the stay. Preston handled her well, altered her diet and helped her get through. He kept us informed on her recovery. We were able to complete our trip without anxiety knowing she was in good hands
We were sooo lucky to find Kristen as she is so super friendly and easygoing. We had to plan a last-minute trip (stressful!) but Kristen's flexibility and kindness immediately made everything so much easier for us. She helped arrange a meet n greet despite our time constraints, and when we met her we knew she would be perfect. Kristen was super sweet and sensitive to our pup’s specific needs. When they got caught in a total downpour, she actually took the time to blow dry his fur so he wouldn’t be cold or miserable. That kind of care brought us relief as we knew he was well cared for and happy! Throughout our trip, she was very responsive and sent us photos daily. In one pic he looked blissed out napping on her legs. Love! It was clear that her main priority was making sure our dog was happy. That meant so much to us, and we will definitely be back!
Sukey Isabel was great! We boarded our Yorkie with her in Leesburg this past weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She was very communicative, caring, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in her care. I highly recommend her! 5 stars!
