“This was our 1st time boarding Lilly. Cesar was very friendly and responsive. He met with Lilly and I for a quick visit to see if the match would work. And it solidified us using him. He is kind, loves dogs and has a nice fenced in yard, so Lilly could play and just hang out with his dog. He sent pictures and assured us she was doing well. She was well cared for and happy. We will use Cesar again. Thank you Cesar.”

“From the 1st meet & greet, the boys were set. They knew right then & there that Bugra would be the their caretaker. They were jumping all over him as if they knew him all along. Bugra took very well care of our 2 little ones, A 125lbs 9 mo old Cane Corso AKC championed line and an AKC championed line West Highland terrier. Both were spoiled with love and affection and at the same time a routine walk allowed them fresh air and exercise each day. As busy as we were, Bugra found the time daily to provide pictures and videos of their well being of both dogs and how they were acclimating to their caretaker. He responded to our texts when we asked or replied to his messages.We made the situation alot easier by providing a schedule he used for the boys, so nothing was changed or adapted only progress was the result. When picking them up they were happy as any dog could be, we're guaranteed that this is the place to return when we go out of town for travel and the person we will choose time and time again. Thanks Bugra for everything.”

She sent me pictures and videos each day showing how well Tokyo was doing and adapting to his new environment. I was immediately put at ease knowing that Tokyo was in a loving environment. Katie is our best sitter experience with Rover and will be our go to sitter from now on. She was very affectionate with our Shaka, 13 year old Pekapoo. From the introductory meeting she was very calm with him and had him at ease with her dog Ollie. We met the family which Shaka felt comfortable with. She provided updates every other day to keep us current how he was doing which was the right amount for us. She was attentive to his age and his following her everywhere she went was comforting that he was doing well and trusting. Her family showed affection to Shaka, a family team commitment any customer leaving their dog would appreciate. Katie is an exceptional sitter and we will use her for future trips without hesitation.
Buğra and Özden did a wonderful job watching my dog, Watson, for a few days. This was my first time finding a dog sitter via Rover, but they made me and Watson feel comfortable from the first time we met. I got regular updates while I was away and they were flexible and kind when my return got delayed. Watson warmed up to them quickly and was happy and healthy when I picked him up. I would absolutely recommend their services and I’m relieved to have found such great sitters for Watson in the future!
This Missy’s second stay with Preston. Preston was very loving to Missy as always. Missy had some stomach upset during the stay. Preston handled her well, altered her diet and helped her get through. He kept us informed on her recovery. We were able to complete our trip without anxiety knowing she was in good hands
We were sooo lucky to find Kristen as she is so super friendly and easygoing. We had to plan a last-minute trip (stressful!) but Kristen's flexibility and kindness immediately made everything so much easier for us. She helped arrange a meet n greet despite our time constraints, and when we met her we knew she would be perfect. Kristen was super sweet and sensitive to our pup’s specific needs. When they got caught in a total downpour, she actually took the time to blow dry his fur so he wouldn’t be cold or miserable. That kind of care brought us relief as we knew he was well cared for and happy! Throughout our trip, she was very responsive and sent us photos daily. In one pic he looked blissed out napping on her legs. Love! It was clear that her main priority was making sure our dog was happy. That meant so much to us, and we will definitely be back!
Sukey Isabel was great! We boarded our Yorkie with her in Leesburg this past weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She was very communicative, caring, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in her care. I highly recommend her! 5 stars!
This is the second time that Valerie has cared for my dog and I’m 100% satisfied with her service. My dog always enjoys her stay and I have peace of mind knowing she’s well taking care of. Julie is an A+ Rover! I had my 2 year old dog stay 1 night with her, she was super communicative and sent photos to let me know that he was settling in and doing well. Julie is very kind, and I felt comfortable leaving my pup with her. He came back better behaved then when I dropped him off!
We have had Lianne watch our dog Duke a few times and she is always great. This last time was more challenging as he needed a lot of medication to prepare for an upcoming surgery and she was great at timing his medication and his stubbornness. Will definitely have her watch out dog agai.
