Not only did she schedule a meet and greet but she actually took my little dude for an hour or two to make sure he would acclimate to the house before we left him with her. He was staying with her during the forest fires and she made sure to minimize time outdoors to protect his lungs, and sent me tons of pictures. Your pet will roam free and will have another pet buddy. They will always have a fresh water available and will be fed as per the dietary restrictions and schedule. They will be taken out for a walk at least 3 times a day with at least an hour walk in the evening.

Leslie was loving, caring and she treated Frances, my terrier-dachshund with the closest and kindest attention—plenty of walks, balanced diet, happy human company to sleep with when she desired, and various places to rest—so Leslie passed those all those important measures.She also sent me photographs with comments fairly often, which delighted me and made me know that Frances was safe and happy! But then, of Great value was the fact that she always could find positive human companionship—her cousin came, and let Frances and another dog, sleep on his knee, looking utterly content, her roommate really liked Frances and showed it, and Leslie did too. AND there was always her dog, and then occasionally a neighbor’s dog or another client’s dog visiting for a number of hours. That was Heaven for Frances, and just what I was hoping for. A place where Frances could be, as Leslie put it, a member of a pack. NOT a large, in any way overwhelming pack, but a small pack, consisting of one or two or conceivably three other dogs, which she could be with. THAT and the essential human warmth which was very much present—was all I could dream of—and Leslie provided it. Thank you so, so much. I will definitely use her services again! About: I took care of my black lab for 8 years, including feeding, giving medications, bathing and walking. I raised my cat from 6 weeks forward, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, giving attention to/playing with, and giving any medicines needed. I currently have a 4 and 5 year old cat. I also regularly volunteered at the cat Cafe in Murfreesboro, TN before I relocated to the area. There I was responsible for playing with the cats, feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. I have worked at an animal hospital where I have gained knowledge about medical situations and some medication giving. I am also a professional toy fixer! I am currently in between jobs so I do have mostly open availability until this changes or if I have to block some time off for an interview. I am willing to stay as long as needed to keep your furbabies happy and make sure they are fully taken care of. Being sure to leave your home exactly how it was when I arrived.
About: A former vet assistant, kennel attendant, and active equestrian and children’s horseback riding instructor, I have worked for several years with big and small pets! I have experience with elderly dog and cat care, administering daily medicine, puppy care and training, and large animal welfare. I currently work from home and set my own work schedule, so I have a lots of flexibility and can adapt to your pets needs. In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — feeding and medication on schedule, regular walks on leash, and any appointments they need. I always double-check doors, gates, and leashes before and after each outing, and I keep the emergency vet’s number and your contact info on hand. For overnight and multi-day stays, I also handle house sitting tasks like mail collection, plant care, and general cleanup (dishes, laundry, sweeping). I’m comfortable with litter boxes, and with habitat cleaning for reptiles, rodents, and aquariums. You’ll get photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I’ve been around animals most of my life and some of my favorite people are Furry Ones! I’m always up for walks, visits and snuggles! Summer Hours Update: I am available anytime during the summer! I’m not limited to my school schedule until August 10th, 2026 I’m looking to make some new furry friends! I teach elementary school, so I’m up early and at work by 7am, and out of work by 3:00. I’m available most weekdays for walks and visits 3-10 pm. I also am available most weekends all day! I will take care of your pet as I would my own! I am available to come to your home, and when I am caring for your pets I will give them extra time and attention. My drop-in visits are usually at least an hour, especially if there are more than just one pet. Our cat prefers to be a consistent Only Child, so bringing your pet to my house is unfortunately not an option currently. If you have them, I prefer written specific needs/directions so that there is no confusion about what your pet’s needs are.

I work part time (self employed) So I am always free to usually take on any work needed that you may want done! Just a little bit of heads up is needed, but you can cancel same day! We do not have any crates in our home, but we do have a large fenced in back yard and a enclosed porch for plenty of hanging out!

Not only did she schedule a meet and greet but she actually took my little dude for an hour or two to make sure he would acclimate to the house before we left him with her. He was staying with her during the forest fires and she made sure to minimize time outdoors to protect his lungs, and sent me tons of pictures.
