They are very attentive, they do a meeting before the drop off day, they truly want to make sure my furbaby will feel welcome and safe. They asked all the right questions, food, timing, snacks, what is he allowed or not to do and so on. They have a backyard which is great for my chocolate lab to play and they have a playful dog that was perfect for Rocco. We even got a drawing from Rocco, from one of the kids, that made me cry…Happy cry! They are all super sweet. Love their vibe and respect. I recommend them 100%. She kept us supplied with lots of updates and photos during the whole visit. Our hound sometimes has anxiety during new experiences but she was so well cared for that she felt immediately at ease when we arrived and through the whole visit.
