“We just got home from a 5 night trip out of town and Ben stayed at the house watching our mini dachsund and elderly cat. We were very happy with his attentiveness and regular communications with us over the time of our trip. He sent daily pictures and was very quick to respond to texts. The house was clean and the animals were happy when we returned. We will be using his services again!”

“Anu accepted our dog sitting request last minute yet handled it like a true caring professional. She kept us updated daily throughout our trip with pictures as well as updates on their behaviors and day to day as well as helping clean up our house when one of my dogs got sick. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt better. We had a great trip knowing our dogs were in such great hands so we did not have to worry about them. 16. Colleen L.
About: I haved worked as a pet (dog, cat, goat, horse) and house sitter for the company Everything and The Dog. I owned and taken care of my own dogs for 50+ years. I have taken care of 4 of the neighbors dogs for over 10 years. I have been a foster home with the organization "Labrador Rescue League" for 3+ years. I have trained and supported the training of a service dog for a Veteran with PTSD through the nonprofit "Veterans Moving Forward". I have owned a poodle, and 4 Labradors (Applesauce, Corkie, Frisco, Hatteras, Jacob). I currently own rescue Bordier Collie mix name Lily. I own a nonprofit business in Loudoun County. I have a home office with flexible hours and flexible activities. I am responsible, organized, creative and caring. How do I care for pets? Feeding twice a day. Outside time (romps in the yard or walks) 3-4 times a day. Fresh water every day. Lots of belly rubs and head scratches. A couple of treats before bed. I brush and do nail clipping. Monthly medications and yearly vet appts.
17. Monique P.
“Monique is an amazing caregiver to multiple people and animals. She is beyond reliable and very trustworthy. She would be an amazing asset to help with anything your home needs.”
18. Stephanie F.
“In college I used to have an ESA (emotional support animal) cat and my job would sometimes make me work overnight or multiple days. I didn't want to leave my cat alone so Stephanie would take care of her while I was gone. My cat absolutely loved her and Stephanie would always send me cute photos to make sure my cat was okay. Stephanie also followed all my instructions about food and giving treats.”
19. Elizabeth H.
“Elizabeth was an excellent pet sitter for our dog Mac (2 years) and puppy Nellie (3 months), as well as my in-laws' dog Cyssa (5 years). She cared for all 3 dogs over a period of 2 weeks while we were traveling, staying at our house during this time. The dogs were well cared for and very happy with Elizabeth - she sent regular updates including pictures and videos, and they were very attached to her when we returned after our 2 week trip! Elizabeth administered medication to Cyssa on a twice daily basis, and followed her strict diet (which requires different food/medicated treats morning and night). She took all 3 dogs on regular daily walks, and even went the extra mile to work with our puppy on commands (sit, down, stay) while we were away. I would highly recommend her for any pet care, both for dog walking or longer care such as dog/house sitting.”
20. Glynnis P.
“Glyn did a great job taking care of our house and pets over the long holiday week(T-giving). She was very communicative and left the house very clean upon our return.”
