My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, exercise, playtime, and ensuring each pet receives the individual attention they need. I've cared for family pets, friends' dogs, and pets with unique care requirements. In addition to dogs, I have experience caring for other animals such as lizards and fish, which has taught me the importance of following care instructions carefully and maintaining consistent routines. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I'm often available for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and extended companionship during house-sitting stays. I'm currently a full-time college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide pet care throughout the week, including weekdays, weekends, and varying times of day. This flexibility helps me accommodate your pet's routine and provide consistent care while you're away. Because of my flexible schedule, I'm often able to spend more time with pets throughout the day than sitters who work traditional 9–5 jobs, helping them receive more companionship, exercise, and attention. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment in every pet-sitting experience. Since I care for pets in their own home, I respect your space and maintain your pet's normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable while you're away. During walks, your pet's safety is my top priority. I use secure leashing, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid potentially unsafe situations such as busy roads or unfamiliar dogs. I take the time to understand each pet's behavior, personality, and comfort level to ensure safe and enjoyable walks.

About: Everyone who knows me will tell you that I have an incredible love and passion for my family life centered around children and fur-babies. I genuinely care and love above all else. I have been been caring for and rescuing animals for over 30 years. During that time I’ve worked with many rescues and local organizations to provide loving care to foster, rehabilitate, and adopt out hundreds of many cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, etc. I have worked with feral cats in clinics to fix, vet and release. I helped start the Mason Cat Coalition at George Mason University and myself have had a few hundred cats/ kittens over the years. I vetted, cared for or nursed back to health many dogs and puppies. Most found forever homes for many animals- a few adopted me and my home! I am notorious keeping the unadoptable ones! Something important to know about me is that I am extremely meticulous in my care of animals. I have never had an animal get into places, food or medications they were not supposed to, run out the door, get lost, forget to lock the door, etc. This simply does not happen because I treat them as if they were own family members. I am as vigilant as if I were watching your human child. I have experience in providing care for large all the way down to very small animals, seniors, babies and everything in between including some reptiles, hermit crabs, rabbits, small rodents, etc. I’m very patient and calm, which works well with seniors, or animals with special needs including the, administration of medication, or injections. During my visits I also offer free basic training and/or behavioral advice for dogs and cats. I am normally that go-to animal person that other pet care providers go to for questions. Pet care is my happy place! I begin early and end late. I am available to come to your home and flexible to discuss any schedule changes you may need. We are a team and I want my pet parents as happy as their pets. Please note that the welfare of the pets I care for during my petsits are the most important to me - the pet before you, or even your pet, may require additional time usually up to 15 minutes. I do not charge for this time - it's not the pup or kitty's fault! but they deserve to be clean and healthy before I leave. If more time than 15 minutes is required, I will go back after my next petsit to care for them. As always, I communicate and can be reached! About: I've grown up around dogs my entire life and have been helping neighbors, friends, and family care for their pets for years. As an Eagle Scout, responsibility and dependability are core to who I am — pet owners can trust that their animals will be treated like my own. I'm currently a Finance student at James Madison University with a 3.72 GPA, home for the summer and fully available. I've walked, fed, and looked after dogs of all sizes and breeds. I treat every pet as if they were my own — with patience, attention, and genuine care. Whether you need someone to stay in your home, walk your dog daily, or check in while you travel, I'll make sure your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. You'll receive regular updates and photos throughout every visit. I'm a college student home for the summer and fully available Monday through Sunday. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine — I'm an early riser and take availability seriously. I can accommodate last-minute bookings, early morning walks, and overnight stays. My schedule is very flexible. I treat every client's home with the utmost respect. During house sitting stays I keep the home exactly as I found it, follow all instructions provided, and send photo updates throughout the day so owners always know their pet is safe.
