In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — feeding and medication on schedule, regular walks on leash, and any appointments they need. I always double-check doors, gates, and leashes before and after each outing, and I keep the emergency vet’s number and your contact info on hand. For overnight and multi-day stays, I also handle house sitting tasks like mail collection, plant care, and general cleanup (dishes, laundry, sweeping). I’m comfortable with litter boxes, and with habitat cleaning for reptiles, rodents, and aquariums. You’ll get photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Olga was very caring with our senior dog, and very responsive. She sent updates and pictures everyday so we always know how our little babies were doing! Our dog is currently in the middle of cancer treatment so her care and comfort was paramount to us and to her. We are so grateful for that. Only complaint is that our cat’s litter box was not cleaned regularly, and he began peeing on other things in response. We did not remind her to do this so we will take partial responsibility but the smell was very strong and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise, we would absolutely have Olga back due to the peace of mind we had while she was watching our fur babies!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and have taken care of both dogs and cats. I've pet-sitted, taken friends', families' dogs and cats in my own home and also stayed in their homes to care for their animals. My former kitty developed kidney disease so I learned how to give fluids and do medication. And my most recent kitty had megacolon. I tried diet and medication and then had her colon removed after she stopped improving. She did very well for 6 months but recently died, from a sudden stroke (a saddle thrombosis). I am still sad. I connect with dogs (and cats) very well. I am an animal person and love being around animals. I am also in great physical shape so can walk, play, groom dogs. I am good with animals and treat them like people. I give lots of affection. I am extremely organized and responsible and also can follow an animal's routine. I am good with communicating with owners. I am especially good with cats (because I just had a wonderful kitty who died at the age of 16) and feel I speak their language. I am also good with dogs, just haven't had a dog in a number of years. I've had to now take care of two sick kitties so know how to do medication (compound liquids and sub-q fluids). I am very knowledgeable about cat health, nutrition and learned the hard way of what isn't great for kitties (only dry diet). As of now, I have no animals in the house. I miss my favorite companions. I can host cats now - board them here so the owners know they get lots of care, play time while they are gone. I am a software developer and work full-time remotely, at home. I have flexibility to either do drop-in visits or can have cats in my home. Usually one cat at a time but I'd consider 2 if they are from the same family. I will prioritize boarding clients - meaning I won't take drop-in visits when I am boarding a kitty (or kitties from same family). I have a safe home with spots for kitty litter separate from food and water. Cats are welcomed anywhere in the house (except on kitchen counters, stove, table)

Sydney was great. She took care of our two pups for eight days. One of which is sweet but reactive to dogs she does not know. We asked her to stay an extra day so we could spend one more night at the beach and she reorganized her schedule....she if very nice to work with.

Ellie was a wonderful sitter. We were a little worried at first, as Ellie is younger than the usual sitters we have, but she surpassed our expectations! Both our cat and dog were very relaxed; Ellie ensured that both our pets were comfortable. It's tough enough to manage one pet, so the fact that Ellie was able to manage both our pets together proves her competence. We will definitely be hiring Ellie again in the very near future 🐶😺
Polly is wonderful with Lenny. She understands his wishes to run away and keeps him close and tight so he is safe. They had happy walks together Lenny enjoyed Polly’s son who even had Lenny singing/howling with him. I love having Lenny stay with Polly. I know he will be safe and happy
