Our dog is currently in the middle of cancer treatment so her care and comfort was paramount to us and to her. We are so grateful for that. Only complaint is that our cat’s litter box was not cleaned regularly, and he began peeing on other things in response. We did not remind her to do this so we will take partial responsibility but the smell was very strong and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned. Once we get to know each other, we can have nice walks with some play and/or snuggle time - whatever they need! We only take one pet at a time for in-home services like boarding and doggie daycare and integrate them into our home. We even have a doggie door into a fenced yard but I prefer to do potty breaks/ walks as needed. I'm comfortable administering medications as prescribed and understand that every dog come with their own routine and special needs.

We've had Hilary stay with our 105-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback at our house several times now, and this was the second time she watched him while we were traveling overseas. Instead of pacing around the house, he wanted to sleep in the bedroom with her, which says a lot about how comfortable and safe he feels with her.
