“Responsive, reliable and great to work with. Our pup loves Ben and even though we are away it’s less stressful that we can count on Ben to be able to watch him and our cat while we are away.”

“Joanne watched my 2 Russell terriers for a week at my house and did a great job following their usual day. She took them for walks and every day sent me pictures of them and how she was doing activities with them since they are old and set in their ways. I felt very comfortable having her with them since this was my first time with Rover. I would definitely recommend her for someone who will be away and know they are well cared for.”

“Sarah took wonderful care of our high-energy husky and our home while we were gone for a long weekend. She was punctual, detail-oriented, and so compassionate! Will definitely book again—thank you!!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kally! She cared for our two dogs and our home as if they were her own. Not only was she reliable and attentive, but she also went above and beyond when our pups needed some extra care and attention. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. Kally kept us updated, followed through on every detail, and left our home spotless. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated, responsible, and compassionate—we feel so lucky to have found her. Highly, highly recommend Kally to anyone looking for the very best care for their pets and home!”

“Robert took excellent care of our dogs, a cattle dog and coon hound, for a week while we were out of town. He stayed at our house and was attentive to both, especially our one dog who has health issues. He’s kind, responsible, and loves dogs. We are booking him again this summer!”
“Kiana was absolutely awesome with my pups! She was very affectionate and attentive towards them. Her communication with me was amazing and I felt so safe to leave my babies with her.”

“Brooke is FANTASTIC! I this is my first solo ROVER AND I AM THRILLED! I loved getting the daily photos and updates. My boy is older and not used to being without his family at all. Brooke was so kind and made me feel so much better! Thank you Brooke!!”

“My husband and I were away on our honeymoon for two weeks, and our original dog walker unexpectedly got sick. We had to scramble to find someone reliable to stay at our home and care for our dog, Quincy. We’re so grateful for Jennifer and her family for stepping in! She was incredibly dependable, kept Quincy’s routine consistent, and showed him so much love — as if he were her own. I really appreciated how flexible she and her family were with our last-minute request. Highly recommend booking her!”

About: Pet Mom experienced over 18 years. My fur babies are my best friends! Chihuahua and husky Mom! 🥰 I will love to spoil your babies! I am available all day on the weekends! I dedicate my time to my animals as well as to yours. Caring for other pets is a passion of mine. Caring for pets requires prioritizing safety, trust, and a comfortable environment by maintaining routines, ensuring secure surroundings, and providing clear communication. Key practices include conducting initial meet-and-greets to establish rapport, verifying vaccinations, following specific feeding/medication protocols, and ensuring a clean, secure environment—either in the sitter's or client’s home.

About: Have only had 9 months total of my life without a dog or a pack of them by my side. Your fur baby will be fostered as one of my own; their walk, run, or potty break is all about them! With guidance from you, we will move at their pace. If they want to go for a run... then we run! If they prefer to walk tree to tree and smell every flower, that's fine too! I am available early mornings and mid-days during the week. I also have availability nightly to check on the pups and make sure they're ready for bed. I look forward to meeting the needs of your family, if it be walking or running the dogs, or making sure they are comfortable in your home, just let me know. I am fortunate enough to have a remote role, so my schedule is usually set to my own dog's needs. I am by no means a gym rat or a marathon runner. Yet that doesn't stop me from getting in usually 2-6 miles a day, both walking and running. While my dog is crate trained, it would be great if yours is as well, for those few errands that may take me away for up to 4 hours at a time (a busy week would be 3 half days in the office)
About: I have taken care of pets of all varieties of size, age, health, and discipline over my 7 years of pet care. It is a priority of mine to ensure your pet is taken care of in the same manner that their owner would care for them. Whether that means providing comfort, medicine, constant attention, or discipline, I am prepared for whatever task comes my way to properly care for your pet. It is also a priority of mine to ensure that your pets home remains the same cleanliness as when I arrive for the first time, ensuring reliability in my work as well as providing a sense of security for the pet’s owners to know their house is in good hands as well. No challenge too big, no pup is too small (who doesn’t love some paw patrol inspiration) I am not currently working any other jobs this summer. However, I do leave for college out of state August 30th. The only other conflicts I have include two week-long trips out of state the dates of June 21-29 and July 12-19. Other than those dates I am fully available for daytime and nighttime care. I am comfortable spending the night if your pet needs it as well. I have reliable transportation at my disposal, so your distance is no problem. I have one dog of my own, she is a rescue beagle, foxhound mix we believe. With the circumstances in which we got my dog, building up a sense of trust was vital in getting her to adjust to her new people and home. At least twice a day we take her on long walks throughout the neighborhood, give her intellectually stimulating treat games, and constant love and affection. For your pet, my goal is to treat them as if I would treat my own dog. I love going on long walks myself so energetic pups are no issue, I have given many dogs a variety of medication as well as baths in my time taking care of pets, and I am prepared to limit the trouble your dog will get into as well as clean up any accidents along the way. I personally allow my dog to sleep in bed with me, so if that is something your dog might need (depending on the service of course), I am also willing to do that.
About: What sets me apart is my lifelong love for animals and my strong caregiving background. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, fish, turtles, and birds since I was young, and I’ve spent over 10 years house sitting and pet sitting for friends and family. I’ve trained my own dogs, so I’m comfortable with puppies, reinforcing commands, and keeping routines consistent. I’m also patient and gentle with senior pets who may need extra care or a slower pace. I currently work in behavioral therapy with autistic children and am studying to become an early childhood educator, so patience, compassion, and reliability are at the heart of everything I do. I treat every pet like family and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. 🐾 Ps. Photos in gallery are taken by me only. Most of my time with these various pets was recorded, but Rover only allows photos. Some pictures are screenshotted from videos I took. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I currently work part-time and attend college virtually (Spring 2026 semester), which gives me flexibility throughout the day. I work Monday–Wednesday from 2:30–7:00 PM, but I’m available before and after those hours. I’m also a night owl, so late-night visits or overnight stays are never a problem. At this time, I’m not offering boarding in my home, but I’m happy to provide care in your home, including overnight stays, so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. While I don’t offer boarding in my home, safety and routine are very important to me. As a pet owner myself, I’m used to daily walks, fenced-in yard time, snuggle time and keeping a consistent routine. In your home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal schedule — meals, walks, playtime, and any training rules you have in place. I’m attentive, respectful of your space, and always prioritize safety.
About: Hi! I’m Katy, and I would love to care for your pets while you’re away. I’m a full-time music therapist, which means patience, attentiveness, and compassion are a big part of my everyday life. I bring that same calm and caring approach to every animal I look after. I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing company, I’m happy to meet them where they are and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know they’re doing well. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away! I am available every day. Usually will check-in during mornings and evenings on weekdays. I am available all day for weekends. I am very thorough and flexible. Please message me so I can fit your exact schedule! I focus on keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routines as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention, and have a calm and safe environment. I also keep the home tidy and send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is doing well.
“Sophia is hands down the best pet sitter (not just from Rover) we've ever had the pleasure of working with, and we’ve used quite a few! From the very first time we met Sophia, we knew she was something special. Her warmth, empathy, and genuine love for animals were immediately obvious, and it only became more evident with each meeting and throughout the entire time she cared for our dog and baby. Sophia’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness are unparalleled. She met with my wife and me **four times** before our trip to ensure she understood everything perfectly and, more importantly, to make us feel completely at ease. She took the time to ask insightful questions, made detailed notes, and, most importantly, bonded with our dog, Licorice. It’s clear she’s not just in this for the job; she genuinely cares! Our dog Licorice can be a handful, especially because of his separation anxiety, but Sophia handled him with such grace and patience. From sending us regular, thoughtful updates to providing extra care when needed, we could tell Licorice was in loving, capable hands the entire time. What I appreciate most about Sophia is how she balances professionalism with genuine love for the animals she cares for; treating them like her own. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog with special needs, she’s got the skills and heart to provide the best care possible. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to make sure Sophia is always available for our future pet sitting needs! But she truly deserves all the recognition and praise for her exceptional service. If you’re looking for someone to love and care for your pet like they’re her own, **don’t hesitate** to book Sophia. We’re beyond grateful and would give her **10 stars** if we could! 🙏”

“Our dog had a great time with Sukey Isabel! We used her for house sitting and came back to a clean house and happy dog. We received plenty of pictures and overall communication was great. We also had a bunny that she took amazing care of as well. Would 💯 recommend!”

“Jason did a great job caring for our pup while we were away. He was always responsive, gave frequent and helpful updates, and our doggo seemed like a happy camper once we returned. Will book again!”

Megan did an awesome job looking after my two sweet kitties! She provided timely updates with pictures and I could tell that she was genuinely happy to be spending time with them! When I returned, the house was super neat and tidy just as I left it. I would gladly have her watch my kitties again!

Great! Nina was exceptional at stepping in for a last minute save. She made me feel comfortable right away staying with my dogs, and took great care of them. I had daily updates, she asked questions to check on things, and provided pictures. My dogs were super happy when we came back. One dog seemed to maybe miss her and sat by the door? She had a friend stay with her who was also very nice. I would use her help again in a heartbeat.

She was fantastic!! This was our first time having our boys watched by someone new and they warmed up to her right away! She was very communicative and was attentive to our dogs’ needs. We felt very comfortable leaving for the night and will definitely be using her for our regular travel!
Serena was fantastic! She was on time, stayed in our home overnight, and was completely trustworthy—she did exactly what she said she would. Our two high-energy dogs absolutely loved her. She sent us plenty of pictures and kept in great communication the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would happily have her back anytime. Highly recommend!

This stay was our dogs' second with Sebastian. Sebastian did a great job with them, even handling a quarrel between our new young male and our senior female. Sebastian toughed it out and problem solved to make sure that the male's energy level was managed so that he kept his annoying self to himself.

Jenny is great - she provided such loving care to our dog. Jenny really went above & beyond. She was very focused on the individual needs of our pet, which included lots of play time, cuddles & long walks. I think our dog was a bit disappointed when we returned as her primary care givers. Book Jenny- you won’t be disappointed!
