About: Growing up, my family has owned many dogs and other pets, and I have always been heavily involved in their care. I had a dog walking business a few years ago, and I regularly watched the dogs of our friends and neighbors. My family also fostered a dog for a time, which I was heavily involved in. Over the last year, I have had the opportunity to walk and care for many different dogs through Rover. Throughout all of these experiences, I have had to care for many different types of dogs, both big and small, and old and young. As a result, I am comfortable with all types of breeds and know how to navigate challenges when it comes to pet care. Most importantly, I love dogs! I am available every day of the week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I am very flexible and can always find time to accommodate other schedules. Please check my calendar for any days marked unavailable. When caring for dogs in the homes of others, I make sure that they are comfortable, well fed, and loved. When walking dogs, I always make sure to go at their pace, pick up after them, and keep them safe.

About: I started taking care of neighbors' and friends' dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and birds when I was 14 years old. I love animals and wildlife of all kinds. I have been a cat and dog mom for 28 years and have had 2 leash and dog-reactive dogs (strong, 60 pound+ mutt and pit bull) so I am experienced in dealing with these situations. I have strong situational awareness with my head on a swivel when walking dogs. My senior kitty required specialized medical care at the end of her life with daily prescription medication and subcutaneous fluids. I have volunteered as a dog walker and cat snuggler at Friends of Homeless Animals rescue. I have been a social worker for 30 years and am nearing retirement from full-time employment. I would love to use my love of animals to continue working as a pet-sitter and dog walker. I am very organized, detail-oriented and will care for your pet as I care for my own. I would love to meet you and your pets to see how I can be of service. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday but am retiring at the end of September. My weekends are currently free. I have some flexibility in my weekday schedule so I may be available on a case-by-case basis for weekday dog walks that are in western Loudoun County and within a 10 minute drive of my home. I will care for your pet in your home so that they will be the most comfortable. I am available for overnight stays to keep your pet company and to provide close supervision, lots of TLC, food, water, potty breaks and anything else you may need. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am very detail-oriented, responsible and dependable. As a bit of an overprotective dog mom, I have needed to entrust my dog's care to a pet sitter. My dog is my world. So I know just how valuable trust, dependability and attention to detail are. What matters to you matters to me. I will follow your instructions down to the smallest detail. I will be diligent in communicating with you, sending regular updates and photos of your pet so that you know they are safe and happy in my care.

About: I have owned my dog for the past 9 years, but sadly lost him to cancer this past year, so I have experience for taking care of elderly sick dogs. I have also taken care of foster dogs of all ages all throughout college! I am entrepreneur and time is super flexible for me. About: I've had a dog of my own for 12 years now and have grown up knowing how to properly take care of him. I have also done dog sitting for neighbors and family friends throughout my life. My top priority is your dog. I currently do not work so my schedule is completely open for walks, overnights, and playtime. Although, I might be taking care of multiple dogs at a time which would fill up my schedule but that can be worked around. I'll communicate with you to get your dog's needs and personality/behavior of your dog. I am always on time. I respect the dog's boundaries to make sure they are calm with me in their space. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 10 Years old. Since then, I have owned 3 German shepherds and have dog sat, walked and trained before. So I have experience in all aspects! I work about 4-6 hours a day Monday through Saturday so I have majority of the day to walk and play with pups anytime in the late morning through evening! Depending on the home, I can take the pets out on a leash, or play with them in the backyard depending on their energy and how playful they are!
