About: Growing up, my family has owned many dogs and other pets, and I have always been heavily involved in their care. I had a dog walking business a few years ago, and I regularly watched the dogs of our friends and neighbors. My family also fostered a dog for a time, which I was heavily involved in. Over the last year, I have had the opportunity to walk and care for many different dogs through Rover. Throughout all of these experiences, I have had to care for many different types of dogs, both big and small, and old and young. As a result, I am comfortable with all types of breeds and know how to navigate challenges when it comes to pet care. Most importantly, I love dogs! I am available every day of the week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I am very flexible and can always find time to accommodate other schedules. Please check my calendar for any days marked unavailable. When caring for dogs in the homes of others, I make sure that they are comfortable, well fed, and loved. When walking dogs, I always make sure to go at their pace, pick up after them, and keep them safe.

About: I started taking care of neighbors' and friends' dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and birds when I was 14 years old. I love animals and wildlife of all kinds. I have been a cat and dog mom for 28 years and have had 2 leash and dog-reactive dogs (strong, 60 pound+ mutt and pit bull) so I am experienced in dealing with these situations. I have strong situational awareness with my head on a swivel when walking dogs. My senior kitty required specialized medical care at the end of her life with daily prescription medication and subcutaneous fluids. I have volunteered as a dog walker and cat snuggler at Friends of Homeless Animals rescue. I have been a social worker for 30 years and am nearing retirement from full-time employment. I would love to use my love of animals to continue working as a pet-sitter and dog walker. I am very organized, detail-oriented and will care for your pet as I care for my own. I would love to meet you and your pets to see how I can be of service. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday but am retiring at the end of September. My weekends are currently free. I have some flexibility in my weekday schedule so I may be available on a case-by-case basis for weekday dog walks that are in western Loudoun County and within a 10 minute drive of my home. I will care for your pet in your home so that they will be the most comfortable. I am available for overnight stays to keep your pet company and to provide close supervision, lots of TLC, food, water, potty breaks and anything else you may need. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am very detail-oriented, responsible and dependable. As a bit of an overprotective dog mom, I have needed to entrust my dog's care to a pet sitter. My dog is my world. So I know just how valuable trust, dependability and attention to detail are. What matters to you matters to me. I will follow your instructions down to the smallest detail. I will be diligent in communicating with you, sending regular updates and photos of your pet so that you know they are safe and happy in my care.

About: My family has raised goats and chickens since I was around 10, and have had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! I've grown up around animals my whole life and I am accustomed to caring for goats, chickens, dogs, and cats! I'm currently home in Northern Virginia from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time to play with and care for all of your animals!! I have a fenced in yard for dogs as well as plenty of space to take them for walks! As well, I have litter boxes/safety measures set up for my 4 cats. I have 8 goats and 13 chickens so I'm used to making sure the outdoor animals are safe from predators and locked safely into their houses at night.

About: My name is Hoslan and I’ve been dog sitting/walking for almost 2 years. I have 4 of my own dogs and love them like they my own kids, when it comes to meet dogs they just love me, they’ll bark at first because they don’t know me but after showing them I’m friendly and give them love I’ll be your best dog sitter and everytime they see me theyll be excited! About: I grew up with 2 Labrador retrievers, who I grew a special bond with where I grew to love taking care of dogs! I now have a 3 year old German Shepherd pure bred, who I raised and helped to train. I just adopted a Hound, who is a 2 year old rescue. I love walking my dogs everyday, and also driving them to parks as well. I feed my dogs everyday, and have always been known to be taking care of dogs my whole life. I am 21 years old, and a student at East Carolina University. I come home very often, especially during breaks, and live here all summer! About: I worked at the southwest va wildlife center where I worked with all animals! I have dog and cat sitted locally for many years and have grown up with all size dogs and cats! I took many pre vet and animal handling classes in college as well! My schedule is pretty flexible as I work a part time job at a local restaurant, evenings and nights as well as most mornings are completely free! I believe animals feel more comfortable in their own home! Building trust and a relationship with an animal takes time but in their own home and environment they are more comfortable!
