“Jaida wad great! Kept in constant contact and it was clear my dogs were having a phenomenal time! She also took great care of my home and it looked as good, if not better, than when I left! My 4 dogs and I are so grateful for her help!!!”

“Kalley stepped in after our usual sitter had to cancel. She took wonderful care of our senior/blind dog and kept us up to date. She left our house without a trace and even came back to check on our dog since she knew we’d be home late! Thanks for everything!!”

About: Growing up, my family has owned many dogs and other pets, and I have always been heavily involved in their care. I had a dog walking business a few years ago, and I regularly watched the dogs of our friends and neighbors. My family also fostered a dog for a time, which I was heavily involved in. Over the last year, I have had the opportunity to walk and care for many different dogs through Rover. Throughout all of these experiences, I have had to care for many different types of dogs, both big and small, and old and young. As a result, I am comfortable with all types of breeds and know how to navigate challenges when it comes to pet care. Most importantly, I love dogs! I am available every day of the week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I am very flexible and can always find time to accommodate other schedules. Please check my calendar for any days marked unavailable. When caring for dogs in the homes of others, I make sure that they are comfortable, well fed, and loved. When walking dogs, I always make sure to go at their pace, pick up after them, and keep them safe.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care, attention, and energy I bring to every pet I look after. I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or simply having someone nearby, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. As an active person, I enjoy keeping dogs engaged through walks, exercise, and interactive play. I am comfortable caring for puppies who need patience and consistency, as well as senior dogs who may require a gentler approach and extra attention. I am reliable, communicative, and always provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. My goal is to treat every pet like family and provide the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I have availability throughout the week for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. During the summer and school breaks, I have even greater flexibility and can dedicate additional time to caring for pets. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, making dog walking and playtime something I genuinely look forward to. When caring for your pet, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and care based on their individual needs. Whether it’s a quick visit, a long walk, or extended pet sitting, I am committed to being reliable, communicative, and ensuring your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. The safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet are my top priorities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special care requirements. I understand that consistency helps pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. During walks and visits, I remain attentive to my surroundings and ensure pets are always safely leashed and supervised. I provide plenty of affection, playtime, and companionship while respecting the rules and routines established by the owner. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and receiving excellent care. I treat every pet and home with the same level of respect, responsibility, and care that I would expect for my own.
About: I started taking care of neighbors' and friends' dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and birds when I was 14 years old. I love animals and wildlife of all kinds. I have been a cat and dog mom for 28 years and have had 2 leash and dog-reactive dogs (strong, 60 pound+ mutt and pit bull) so I am experienced in dealing with these situations. I have strong situational awareness with my head on a swivel when walking dogs. My senior kitty required specialized medical care at the end of her life with daily prescription medication and subcutaneous fluids. I have volunteered as a dog walker and cat snuggler at Friends of Homeless Animals rescue. I have been a social worker for 30 years and am nearing retirement from full-time employment. I would love to use my love of animals to continue working as a pet-sitter and dog walker. I am very organized, detail-oriented and will care for your pet as I care for my own. I would love to meet you and your pets to see how I can be of service. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday but am retiring at the end of September. My weekends are currently free. I have some flexibility in my weekday schedule so I may be available on a case-by-case basis for weekday dog walks that are in western Loudoun County and within a 10 minute drive of my home. I will care for your pet in your home so that they will be the most comfortable. I am available for overnight stays to keep your pet company and to provide close supervision, lots of TLC, food, water, potty breaks and anything else you may need. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am very detail-oriented, responsible and dependable. As a bit of an overprotective dog mom, I have needed to entrust my dog's care to a pet sitter. My dog is my world. So I know just how valuable trust, dependability and attention to detail are. What matters to you matters to me. I will follow your instructions down to the smallest detail. I will be diligent in communicating with you, sending regular updates and photos of your pet so that you know they are safe and happy in my care.
“Celina was great with our two pugs! One of them is very people shy, and she had him snuggling with her in no time! She kept us informed as to how our fur babies were doing throughout the weekend. Will definitely use her again!”

Clarks Gap pet parents share their Rover experiences
Suyen is wonderful. Our two dogs really liked her from our initial meet and greet through her stay with them. She has a very calming demeanor which is good as we have a two year old female GSD who is pretty high energy. Suyen played ball with her several times as well as lots of cuddle time with our other dog as that is his preferred activity. Suyen also took really good care of our home while we were away and it was a delight to come home to two happy dogs and a the house looking even better than we had left. We would be delighted to have her stay with dogs/ home again.

Megan did an awesome job looking after my two sweet kitties! She provided timely updates with pictures and I could tell that she was genuinely happy to be spending time with them! When I returned, the house was super neat and tidy just as I left it. I would gladly have her watch my kitties again!

Great! Nina was exceptional at stepping in for a last minute save. She made me feel comfortable right away staying with my dogs, and took great care of them. I had daily updates, she asked questions to check on things, and provided pictures. My dogs were super happy when we came back. One dog seemed to maybe miss her and sat by the door? She had a friend stay with her who was also very nice. I would use her help again in a heartbeat.

Sofia is absolutely fantastic. This was the first time I used someone on Rover and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease while I was on vacation. Her love for animals shined through the moment she met my foster cats and I could feel her love for them in every message and photo. I got lots of photos of her cuddling with them, giving them attention and being near them. They opened up to her immediately and as a pet (foster) parent, there’s no better feeling. I will absolutely message Sofia again in the future if I ever need a pet sitter, and I will be recommending her to anyone who says they want an attentive pet sitter!!!
