About: My name is Laryssa and I am new on the sitter side of Rover. I am extremely reliable, caring and would treat your pets like my own while you are away! From experience, I know how hard it can be to leave your pets and will provide updates so you can ensure your fur babies are in good hands! A little about me I am a longtime dog owner and have had my Norwegian Elkhound mix for 10 years. She is now almost 12, I have experienced the puppy years, the energetic years, and all the little changes that come with caring for a dog as they get older. I also have experience with dogs from other family and friends that I would care for while they were away. I also currently have two tabby cats and I grew up with cats my whole life so I would be comfortable with both cats and dogs. I currently work from home full time so my schedule is flexible. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine and I will ensure to follow what is asked of me. I am available for dog walks and drop-in visits around the Leesburg area. About: I have 2 dogs: Mina (8 year old Wheaten Terrier) and Halle (6 year old Boxer). I've had them both as puppies so I know what it's like to take care of dogs during those rough first few months. Halle also developed some anxiety so I have experience in dealing with leash reactive dogs and training them. I love all dogs and have taken care of friends' pets occasionally. I'm currently working on a hybrid schedule, so some days I work remote and am pretty flexible. On remote days, I'm able to work anywhere with wifi and can take care of dogs at the same time. My hours are also flexible so I am able to help almost any time and can take frequent breaks to walk or play with the dogs. I would ask lots of questions to make sure I know everything about when I can crate dogs, or if they can go to parks or dog parks.

About: I have 2 rescue pitbulls at home and have a grandma that takes in rescue dogs freqently so I’ve been around dogs of all shapes and sizes my entire life! I no longer live at home so don’t get to see the pups as often in my new house and miss getting time around dogs but not quite ready for having my own.
