“Richard took phenomenal care of my dog, Bruno, and I could not recommend him more highly. He truly went above and beyond during Bruno’s stay. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bruno was being cared for like part of the family. We will absolutely book with Richard again. Richard is officially our new Rover when we go on vacation.”

“Well this was Loki ( our 6 month old) Coton. He is extremely attached to his Daddy ( me). We started with a Meet and Greet to see how things are but for us and the dogs together. Noelle was very knowledgeable and caring ( she Loves) animals ( dogs). Everything went great, she let us borrow something for our dog which we forgot. Saturday was the Wedding day, drop off early 9:00 am and explained his food and things we brought for him. She asked how much contact we wanted. ( I guess she will send you basically pics and videos of your dogs day) I said nothing unless they are having fun and cute pic. She sent just a few and they were AWESOME! We picked Loki up the next morning. He was happy and they (dogs) were walking together. Everything went GREAT! We would highly recommend Noelle and services. She is a little higher than some but also not the most expensive. BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Thank you again for caring for Loki!!!”

First time using rover. I was looking for a in home dog sitter for my dog for 1 week. Daniel took great care of my little dachshund! He is older, has daily timed medication needs, and has terrible separation anxiety. Daniel was able to handle it all with no problems. This was repeat boarding sessions for Luna our Cockapoo with Leonard, Patricia and their two dogs. Luna was very excited to be dropped off to play again with them and was very happy and slept very well her first night back. Leonard chats with us each day and usually always has a picture(s) or short movie clip to share with us. Really love that Luna has somewhere like this to go play, rest, and have fun !! Walter was great! He provided lots of photos and videos, and is detailed in his updates. He is a pro who has a clear system that works for getting dogs used to his place. At the end he confirmed that he was giving us back all of the right items (extra food, bowl, ect), along with how the dog was doing.
I was able to do a meet and greet with Iris and she was very communicative and friendly. She clearly loves animals and I had no issues or concerns with leaving my puppy with her. My puppy was well taken care of and I would use Iris again if needing a sitter for my puppy.
Viviana was easy to coordinate with. During the meet and greet she showed us inside the house and the backyard and I appreciate seeing the space our pup would be spending his time in. During his stay she sent update with pics and videos which I loved. She was fantastic 10/10 recommend based on this forst experience and we plan to book with her again.
Becky was wonderful with our dog(Roxie). Roxie spent two nights with Becky and her lovely dog. She communicated about how Roxie was adjusting and sent pictures. Roxie can be a little shy and anxious about certain things, Becky knew how to handle her and make her feel comfortable in her home.
Maria and her family were the best! We left our pups in her care for a week and they were treated like part of the family. Maddie and Preston were also great with our babies. They had a great time and always kept us informed with messages/pictures. Would highly recommend Maria to anyone. She goes above and beyond what is expected from a sitter.
