“They had everything needed to care for our dogs. We only needed to bring food, they had plenty of beds and toys for them. There was tons of space for them to rub around, inside and out. Once we dropped them off, we felt comfortable that our dogs would be well taken care of. You could tell that they knew what they’re doing. When we went to pick them up, one was laying down outside and there was a bowl of ice water right next to him since it was warm out. Small things like that show they care and know how to take care of dogs. We’ll be using them in the future.”

Leaving Lexi with Kathleen for a week while I was on vacation was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in great hands. Kathleen went above and beyond by sending me pictures and updates every single day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious from every photo that Lexi was having an amazing time, getting lots of love, attention, and playtime. When I picked Lexi up, she was happy, relaxed, and honestly looked like she had been on a vacation of her own! She had so much fun that she didn't even want to come home, which says everything about the care Kathleen provides. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, I can't recommend Kathleen enough. She is caring, trustworthy, and truly loves what she does. I had a wonderful experience with Victoria! I really appreciated that she required a meet-and-greet at her house with her own dog beforehand—it made me feel so comfortable knowing the dogs would get along well. Throughout the stay, she sent frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave me total peace of mind. It was so great to see that the two dogs got along beautifully, and I could tell from pictures/videos that Bbopy was genuinely enjoying his stay. He came home happy and well-cared for. Daniel took great care of my little dachshund! He is older, has daily timed medication needs, and has terrible separation anxiety. Daniel was able to handle it all with no problems. He went above and beyond sending cute pics and giving me updates. My little guy came home happy and calm. I could tell he’d gotten a lot of attention while I was away. I would definitely rebook!
This was my first time using Rover, and I truly lucked out choosing Deitra & David as Cocoa’s sitters. They went above and waaaay beyond to care for my sweet, extremely anxious girl and were incredibly patient in helping her feel comfortable in a new environment. Communication was excellent! I received several updates and photos every day, so I always knew how Cocoa was doing. The love, care, and kindness they showed her gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Walter was great! He provided lots of photos and videos, and is detailed in his updates. He is a pro who has a clear system that works for getting dogs used to his place. At the end he confirmed that he was giving us back all of the right items (extra food, bowl, ect), along with how the dog was doing.
I was able to do a meet and greet with Iris and she was very communicative and friendly. She clearly loves animals and I had no issues or concerns with leaving my puppy with her. My puppy was well taken care of and I would use Iris again if needing a sitter for my puppy.
Becky was wonderful with our dog(Roxie). Roxie spent two nights with Becky and her lovely dog. She communicated about how Roxie was adjusting and sent pictures. Roxie can be a little shy and anxious about certain things, Becky knew how to handle her and make her feel comfortable in her home.
Ivy was very attentive and caring for my fur baby. She sent me pics and videos nearly everyday and made sure I was always up to date on the status of Gizell. I especially appreciated that she requested a meet & greet prior to the drop off date to make all parties feel secured. It was my first time using Ivy’s services, we had a few minor hiccups but you can tell her genuine passion and love for animals immediately, I will definitely use again as Gizell came home as happy as when I left her so I know she had a great time.
