Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. I had a wonderful experience with Victoria! I really appreciated that she required a meet-and-greet at her house with her own dog beforehand—it made me feel so comfortable knowing the dogs would get along well. Throughout the stay, she sent frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave me total peace of mind. It was so great to see that the two dogs got along beautifully, and I could tell from pictures/videos that Bbopy was genuinely enjoying his stay. He came home happy and well-cared for. First time using rover. I was looking for a in home dog sitter for my dog for 1 week. Daniel took great care of my little dachshund! He is older, has daily timed medication needs, and has terrible separation anxiety. Daniel was able to handle it all with no problems. He went above and beyond sending cute pics and giving me updates. My little guy came home happy and calm. I could tell he’d gotten a lot of attention while I was away. I would definitely rebook!
Walter was great! He provided lots of photos and videos, and is detailed in his updates. He is a pro who has a clear system that works for getting dogs used to his place. At the end he confirmed that he was giving us back all of the right items (extra food, bowl, ect), along with how the dog was doing.
I was able to do a meet and greet with Iris and she was very communicative and friendly. She clearly loves animals and I had no issues or concerns with leaving my puppy with her. My puppy was well taken care of and I would use Iris again if needing a sitter for my puppy.
Becky was wonderful with our dog(Roxie). Roxie spent two nights with Becky and her lovely dog. She communicated about how Roxie was adjusting and sent pictures. Roxie can be a little shy and anxious about certain things, Becky knew how to handle her and make her feel comfortable in her home.
Ivy was very attentive and caring for my fur baby. She sent me pics and videos nearly everyday and made sure I was always up to date on the status of Gizell. I especially appreciated that she requested a meet & greet prior to the drop off date to make all parties feel secured. It was my first time using Ivy’s services, we had a few minor hiccups but you can tell her genuine passion and love for animals immediately, I will definitely use again as Gizell came home as happy as when I left her so I know she had a great time. Marie was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Loki. I was traveling during a snow and ice storm, and with flights being cancelled and rescheduled, my plans kept changing.
