We had such a wonderful experience with Janna! She took amazing care of our puppy, Beau, and truly gave us peace of mind while we were away. First time using rover. I was looking for a in home dog sitter for my dog for 1 week. Carolina went above and beyond for our dog, Sasha. Sasha is older and gets frightened easily- she wound up having bad anxiety during this visit. Carolina was in regular contact with us, giving us updates, and even cooked rice and chicken when Sasha was having gastro issues. We really appreciated Carolina’s attention and kindness and would heartily recommend her.
Ivy was very attentive and caring for my fur baby. She sent me pics and videos nearly everyday and made sure I was always up to date on the status of Gizell. I especially appreciated that she requested a meet & greet prior to the drop off date to make all parties feel secured. It was my first time using Ivy’s services, we had a few minor hiccups but you can tell her genuine passion and love for animals immediately, I will definitely use again as Gizell came home as happy as when I left her so I know she had a great time. The pups were well taken care of and I was kept well informed. She went above and beyond when she noticed one of my pups was having allergies causing them to gnaw at their paws. She soaked each paw in epsom salt and gave them a gentle scrubbing. I noticed the difference when I picked the pups up and some of his paw fur was growing back and the discoloration had faded significantly. Top marks all around.
