David & Deitra are our go-to babysitters for our 6-year-old Shiba Inu, Mochi. In fact, Mochi LOVES staying with David and Deitra so much that when we arrive at their house, he’s pulling on his leash to get through their front door as soon as possible. Most recently, Mochi stayed with D&D for 13 days while my husband and I were out of the country on vacation. They were communicative throughout, sending at least 1 photo update each day. I could tell Mochi was comfortable and happy his whole stay, and my we didn’t have a single worry our whole time away. Mo spent his days on fun walks, sunbathing in their large fenced-in backyard, and unwinding with them in the evenings. We so appreciate D&D's accommodating our dog's personality - he is dog-reactive and can be quite difficult to walk due to his stubborn personality. They always take it in stride and we can tell how they love our dog like he's their own!

I know my senior husky is in good hands with Dietra and David, whether it’s an overnight or a week-long stay. Since she was a puppy, she’s never been comfortable around men - even ones she’s known for years. But after just a couple of visits, she warmed right up to David and trusts them both completely. That’s the ultimate testament to how kind, attentive, and patient they are with her. They also send great updates during each stay, so I never worry while I’m away.

This was my first time using Rover, and I truly lucked out choosing Deitra & David as Cocoa’s sitters. They went above and waaaay beyond to care for my sweet, extremely anxious girl and were incredibly patient in helping her feel comfortable in a new environment. Communication was excellent! I received several updates and photos every day, so I always knew how Cocoa was doing. The love, care, and kindness they showed her gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. It was clear Cocoa was treated like one of their own. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I wholeheartedly recommend Deitra & David to anyone looking for compassionate, trustworthy sitters. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Deitra and David are amazing and always reliable. We were so appreciative of their last minute ability to take care of our cat while out of town. We know he’s in good hands with them. Highly recommend!
