“Richard took phenomenal care of my dog, Bruno, and I could not recommend him more highly. He truly went above and beyond during Bruno’s stay. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. “We are so happy to have found Iris, Michael and Elvis! They kept us updated on how Obi was doing and we were so happy to see how well Elvis took care of him. We always miss our little buddy when we have to go away without him, but Iris made it just a bit easier by showing us just how much they cared for him and took him on new adventures. I am sure Obi will have a blast in September when he stays with this beautiful family again!”
