Immediately my dogs explored his home as if it was our own (which NEVER happens) and they didn't bark at Bob or act uncomfortable while we were there. I got to know Brian and Bob and raved about the two of them to my husband as soon as I got home. Brian sent us tons of pictures during their time away from home, which kept me and my husband's worries at bay. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. We were impressed with the meet and greet as we first met at a park and then went to Sophia’s house to see how Rosie did. It appears Rosie had a great vacation as she was less anxious while not having to protect us. Sophia’s yard is large to run around but she also walked her. She also gave recommendations for dog beds and supplements. Mariel even took Cinnamon to get her nails clipped because she noticed they were causing her discomfort. Mariel sent us updates, pictures, and videos of Cinnamon every day. We are grateful and relieved we found such a genuinely concerned sitter, so we could go visit a family member out of state.
We cannot thank Na-young enough for taking such wonderful, loving care of Maddy! Maddy can be a bit of a picky eater, and Na-young was so patient and attentive with her throughout the stay. When Maddy wasn't eating much on one of the days, Na-young was completely transparent with me right away. She reached out to ask if there were any tips to get her to eat or if this was just typical behavior for Maddy sometimes. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing how closely Na-young was watching over her. She treated Maddy like absolute family—she and her husband were even sweet enough to let Maddy sleep in bed with them, which I know Maddy adored! Our two dogs were very loved and cared for while we were out of town for four days. Erika checked in every day, and sent pictures. Lucy and Bernice got a lot of love and attention, which was great because both the dogs having anxiety. It was also the dogs’ first time staying with Erika and family, and they did really well. GREAT SITTER AND VERY ATTENTIVE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She took excellent care of Atlas! I mentioned that he sometimes accidentally pees on his leg and that, with previous sitters, he has come home with staining on his white fur. Not this time! Atlas came home just as clean and white as he was when I dropped him off! 🥰 It’s the little details like this that show how attentive and caring she is. I truly appreciate the extra care she took with my baby and would absolutely recommend her!
