Information Mariel R. would like to know about your pet

🙏Only hypoallergenic doggies please. ‼️Please let me know if your dog has any foods to avoid, medication to take, their behavior around other dogs, how well your dog walks on a leash, any fears or if anything triggers them and how often they need a potty break. Also, please bring their special toy 😊 🚫 If your dog is in the "eating or chewing everything" stage we won't be able to care for him. 🙏We prefer hypoallergenic and potty trained dogs due to allergies. 🤒 If the dog is sick before the stay please let me know. If it's something contagious I won't be able to keep the dog since other doggies can get sick after the stay. 🚙🐶 If you choose the Pick Up and Drop Off option please know that the price is set for a 10 mile radius from my house. After that I charge $2 per extra mile after 10 miles. EXTRA FEES FOR EMERGENCY CARE: 💊 Oral and topical medication: no charge if they need it morning and night. If midday medication is needed it is extra $2 per day. 🤕Vomit/diarrhea: If the dog suddenly gets sick more than 3 times there will be a charge of $3 each day for cleaning/washing/removing stains. 🚗 Transportation to/from the Vet: If the dog gets sick or needs a vet's attention during the stay there will be a transportation fee for miles and time. Withing 5 miles $15 round trip. Between 5 to 10 miles $25 round trip. Over 10 miles $35 round trip. These visits usually are 30 minutes or less. Over 30 minutes at the vet there is a $3 fee every 15 minutes. 🌳 I provide potty breaks between 4-8 hours. Special rates apply for dogs requiring frequent potty breaks (every 2–3 hours) of $10 per day. Please understand that would mean like caring for a second pup.💜 💞THANK YOU FOR TRUSTING AND SHARING YOUR FUR BABIES WITH ME!💕

Doggie lover for life!💖🐶

Pet care experience

I've owned dogs most of my life!. From newborns to seniors with different needs. I love their unique, resilient, playful and grateful personalities. Through the years I've helped mommas during labor, cared for newborn puppies (2 with cleft palate), cared for my sweet girl during her last weeks with cancer, I've cared for a wonderful blind dog over the years (I still do! He is a Poodle❤️), I've rescued a stray dog without knowing she was pregnant and took care of her and then made sure her puppies went to good homes. Having their company is like chocolate to my soul! Then unfortunately my son developed a dog allergy when he was little :( so we couldn't have a dog but lately he is been getting better allowing him to be around "hypoallergenic" dogs. This why we would love to care for your hypoallergenic doggies.

Great communication and updates while Lady stayed there. We felt like Mariel and her family took Lady in as one of their own. Would recommend to anyone.

Mariel and her family are simply awesome! When I dropped off my puppy (OK, he's 5yo now, but still my puppy), I could immediately tell that she is a gentle person, and a "dog person." You can just tell when people are dog people. My shy Border Terrier quickly got very comfortable with her in her home. I was worried b/c for his entire life, he's only known my house, my backyard, and walks around the neighborhood. I haven't socialized him enough (bad daddy), so he is a bit nervous around new people. It took him minutes to settle down and get comfortable with Mariel. She sent us photos throughout his stay, and she kept me apprised with frequent text messages to let me know exactly how he was doing. I am a nervous daddy with my boy (like seriously over-protective), but Mariel is now my go-to sitter when I need to leave town again. She rates every one of these 5 stars, and if you are looking, I don't think you will find anyone who will love on your four-legged family member more than Mariel!

Mariel took great care of our pup, as always! We feel more at ease when we head out of town knowing that he is in good hands with her.

Mariel is amazing! She kept us updated with so many pictures and texts, went above and beyond to care for our yorkie Boomer - multiple walks a day, a cozy dog bed downstairs, even hand-feeding him a day he wasn't eating as much. Boomer is cautious around new people and he took to her immediately. You can just tell she loves pups and truly enjoys her time with them. We highly recommend and will be booking her again soon! (:
