We currently have a dog and a cat of our own, so we understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets. About: I personally have a 2 year old Siberian husky back in Colorado that I dearly miss. I have taken care of smaller dogs like Yorkies as well. “I have 2 100lbs west German Shepherds dog's in which Matthew has been excellent in taking care of both female and male .My male can Bluff people out to believe he's more aggressive than he is. Both of these dogs are service dogs. One is trained only as a scent dog the other is trained for fetching medications or anything I need balancing and other independent needs for my medical. These dogs are around me 24/7. The reason I started using Matthew was it many times when I go to my doctor appointment with these large dog's all though legal for them to be with me in doctor's office's it can be same and over crowded and either people want to pet the dog's which even wearing vest saying no petting dog at work. People don't always see or read disgreegard. My other reason is many are afraid of a dog of this size that may appear to look more like a police dog. These are beautiful red GS and most take pictures of them while in hospital or doctor office which is a distraction. My dog's have normally been boarded overnight even if I'm gone for several hours at the doctors appointment. Matthew understands large dog's and this breed. He's not intimidated at all. We have made sure that's a dog's know Matthew and he and the dog's are comfortable being around each other. Matthew does an outstanding job. He comes in as many times as I request stay as long as I request and never fails to always play with the dogs make sure that they're getting the exercise that they need. And unlike other dogs these particular dogs although their weight is large they are indoor dogs only! These are dogs that do not go outside and have a backyard or front yard that they just go wander around. They get overheated especially my long hair and due to the fact that they are service dogs they stay inside all the time other than when they need to go out and exercise. Many people do not understand this. But this is how it is. Since these are service dogs they need to be around me and I am not outside they alert me to my medical problems that I have. I certainly recommend Matthew highly with large German Shepherds and how he works with them and how I can depend on him being there for the dogs. Rachel has been great with our adult dog and our very young puppy! We needed someone to come and check in on the puppy while we're at work, feed him, and take him out.
