I provide a full housesitting service. In addition to pet care, I will bring in mail/packages, water indoor plants and take out trash/recycling! I have met hundreds of pets and families over a lifetime of experience and four years working with Rover. I am confident in taking on anything that comes my way! I accept dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds. I am also experienced in caring for exotic pets such as small mammals, reptiles, birds and fish. I am skilled at administering oral and injectable medications as well as with accommodating special needs and elder pets. I have cared for diabetic, deaf and blind dogs and cats and am able to care for multiple animals at once. Housesitting - How much time will I spend with your pet? In general, 16-24 hours a day! Gabriella looked after our senior dog overnight. Great experience with plenty of updates and a happy dog at the end. Will definitely request her again.
DO NOT USE THIS SITTER! Things seemed okay while I was out of town. She came at odd times, but I was like I have photos of my dogs and I won’t worry much. When I returned, I found her laptop and stuff in my living room but not my dog. She quickly picked up my call, said my dog was in the kitchen. My dog has 3 legs and is almost 15 years old. The living room is spacious and has carpets to ensure he doesn’t slip and get injured. The worst thing is that I left cans of wet food for her to feed him, and none were open. The booking was scheduled until 2:30. At 1:03 I asked her to come by and help me understand if my dog had been eating while I was gone. She said she would be there in 15 minutes and suggested I call rover support. I told her I did not want to call and I just want my keys. She said she would be over soon. At 1:26 she texted saying she was delayed and on phone with rover. I finally called rover 20 minutes later and it’s now been almost four hours and past the end of the booking time and she has not returned my keys or my calls. Rover trust and safety team has been kind and is trying to solve the problem. I feel so uncomfortable that I have her belongs and I pray she can find a way to not behave like this in the future. Every other experience with rover has been either good or great. We are humans and not perfect, but saying you’re going to return keys and not explaining why you won’t is not professional.

Schedule
I pet sit full time and schedule everything in my life around pet care. I am a psychology major at George Mason University. I am on campus three times a week and hang out with pets the rest of the time!
