About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a baby, and I truly can’t imagine life without them. I grew up with American Eskimo Dogs and now have two fun, energetic one-year-old Beagles, so I have experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I genuinely love dogs of all kinds and understand that every dog has unique needs and routines. In addition to caring for my own dogs throughout my life, I’ve also spent many years volunteering in dog rescue advocacy online, helping support rescue organizations and promote dogs in need of loving homes. That experience has strengthened my understanding of dog behavior, patience, and the importance of providing a safe, loving environment. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping to their normal routine, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and personalized care while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. I work full-time during the weekdays, but I’m available before and after work, on evenings, weekends, and many holidays. If you’re located close to my home, I’m also available for select lunchtime drop-in visits or walks when my schedule allows. I understand how important consistency and reliability are, and I’ll do my best to keep your pet on their normal routine while providing dependable, loving care. I know every pet has their own routine, and I believe consistency is one of the best ways to help them feel comfortable while you’re away. Before each visit, I’ll take the time to learn your pet’s habits, preferences, and any special instructions so their routine stays as normal as possible. Whether that means sticking to a feeding schedule, providing plenty of exercise, administering medication, or giving a little extra attention to a shy pet, I’ll make sure they receive personalized care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you’ll always know how your furry family member is doing.

About: I've had pets—cats, dogs, etc.—for the majority of my 34 years on earth. Today, my wife and I have 2 dogs, Abbie (an 8-year-old pit mix) and Scout (a 2-year-old husky-shepherd mix). Both our pups are rescues! I have experience administering oral medication. Both of our pups are medicated for anxiety, so I'm quite comfortable with most medication. I also have some experience administering medication to cats. I work from home as a product designer, so my schedule is quite flexible. I typically let the pups out first thing each morning at around 8am, work through the day, but take periodic breaks for potty breaks and playtime. I'm flexible enough to pivot based on the needs of your pet! First and foremost, I have a conversation with every client to determine their comfort level with things like walks...some things I ask to get started: 1. Does your pet get along with other animals? If not, what are the circumstances or triggers? Abby, for example, doesn't do well with larger dogs because she was bullied as a puppy, so we avoid those triggers to keep her safe. 2. Is your pet a chunky muffin who is being calorie-restricted? Or is it challenging to get them to eat anything, period? 3. How does your pet handle on a leash? Should I watch out for lunging? Do they chase postal service workers? 4. Does your pet chew things that could be dangerous, like electrical cables? These questions help me keep your pet safe and happy at all times!

About: I love animals and understand how hard it can be to find someone you trust with your own. I have 40 years of experience owning and nurturing dogs, and cats. I would love the chance to help care for your 4 legged children when needed. Currently I work weekends at a brewery, so I am available to walk your dog while you work M-F. I’m also available most weekends, and happy to be flexible on drop-off and pick-up times. I live in a single family home with a fully fenced yard, so dogs can run and play off leash safely. Inside, there are multiple rooms, which means your dog can join in the action or settle somewhere quiet if they need a break. My dog, Runner (pictured), is very friendly and loves having a playmate, though I always start with a meet and greet to make sure the dogs are a good match. I’m happy to crate dogs if that’s part of their routine, and I’ll follow your instructions on feeding, medication and house rules.

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since I was two years old. I grew up on a farm with many cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, goats, chickens, bunnies. etc. I love ALL animals and strive to give them the best care while their parents are away! Anytime.
