About: Dogs are my number one priority. I’ll take care of each dog like it is my own with love and care! I love to exercise so no walk or run is too long especially with a little companion with me. i have been around dogs my whole life; I’ve looked after my cousins and friends pets before. I have my own little Blue Heeler Jack Russell mix for 3 years now, and she’s doing great. She has a lot of spunk for someone her size (small to medium), can jump as high as your face, but makes me believe I am able to look after any dog of any size. I will never keep my eyes off your child! Hope to hear from your dogs! I will currently be free all day every day for the next two weeks! I hope you’ll need someone to watch your furry friends! Thank you! I’m just always in the room with the pets, if I don’t hear anything I usually just take a peek wherever they are just to make sure. I follow instructions on medicine given to me.

Leaving my dogs behind while out of town for six days was a first for me, so I was naturally pretty nervous going into the process. I interviewed several people before meeting Velkin in person. My girlfriend and I hosted her for a meet and greet, and her genuine, welcoming presence stood out immediately. There was nothing fake or performative about her. She has the kind of ground-level authenticity that puts you at ease right away. My Chihuahuas took to her immediately as well, which said everything. If you know anything about Chihuahuas, they do not warm up to strangers quickly, if at all. Hiring her was an easy decision, and she did not disappoint. She came by twice a day to handle feeding, water, outdoor time, and spending quality time with them. Beyond basic care, she treated my dogs like her own. I received regular photos and detailed updates after her visits, giving me complete peace of mind. I also felt totally comfortable giving her unfettered access to my home while I was away. On top of everything, she was remarkably flexible. When I came home a day early, she was gracious enough to modify the booking and remove that final day. Since she had reserved that slot for me, it would have been completely fair for her to charge for the full six days, so that gesture was unexpected and extremely kind. Velkin did a phenomenal job, and I have zero regrets about hiring her. She provides world class service, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Leah was so incredibly kind to Ari and Sundance and we were so grateful for her help while we had an out of town trip. She was loving to them, very communicative, and even went out of the way to make sure that one of our pups didn’t jump around too much after eating his meal after I mentioned how we try to keep him settled.
