She even went above and beyond with a bit of minor wound care for our pup while we were away, which we really appreciated. Bethany did an amazing job with our three dogs, who can be a handful! They stayed with Bethany for 3 nights. She was able to administer medication for our senior citizen pup, made sure they got exercise, etc. Bethany was very communicative and provided pictures for us daily. I would highly recommend Bethany.
Zhaorong provided consistent communication throughout Maddie’s stay and sent regular photo updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. When an unexpected personal emergency made the original boarding arrangement impossible, she worked with me to transition to house sitting so my trip could continue as planned. Maddie appeared well cared for when I returned home, and I appreciated her flexibility and responsiveness during the booking!
Got plenty of photos of Hercules during his stay and he seemed very happy to have a backyard to wander/play in. He was excited to have some socialization with other dogs. He had a small incident but Nicole was proactive about giving me a heads up and paying special attention to him for the remainder of his stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Claudia! Our regular dog sitter was unavailable while we were away on a 10-day international trip, and we were understandably nervous about leaving our 8-month-old puppy, Tilly, with someone new for that long. From the moment we spoke with Claudia, though, we felt completely at ease. While many sitters advertise themselves as trainers, Claudia is actually a certified trainer who runs her own training business. After talking with her, it was immediately clear that she has a deep understanding of dog behavior and we knew Tilly would be in excellent hands. Claudia was very flexible in scheduling a meet-and-greet beforehand, as well as coordinating pick-up and drop-off, which made the entire process stress free. Throughout our trip, she regularly sent photos of Tilly, and every one showed her having an absolute blast. We are so grateful to Claudia for taking such wonderful care of Tilly. We wouldn't hesitate to book with her again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring dog sitter.
10/10 experience! I genuinely feel like Cocoa found her second family. They were absolutely amazing with her from start to finish and treated her like she was one of their own. I received regular updates throughout the weekend, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured knowing she was happy, safe, and being completely spoiled with love and attention. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they watch and do so much more than just “pet sit.” They made Cocoa feel at home, and that means everything to me. I never once felt worried or uneasy while she was with them while away on my trip because they were so attentive and communicative. I honestly could not have asked for a better family to care for my girl. They did a phenomenal job, and I am beyond grateful to have found people I can genuinely trust with her. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for loving, dependable, and trustworthy pet care. Cocoa was clearly in the best hands, and I know she will be so excited to go back! 🐾❤️
